Gdup is back!
I was pretty scared yesterday. My homeboy's girlfriend decided to let me practice driving, in her Lexus! i was kinda scared I was gonna crash it or something but I did pretty good. I didnt wanna go out into the main road though. I can drive, turn, signal and all that stuff pretty well and I pulled a perfect u turn on my first try! I still suck at parking and I sometimes hit the brake to hard but im almost there. Your boy gdup will be driving perfectly in no time, i just need to get my permit.

There's one week left to our thesis deadline, and my housemate and I still have time to get into new hobbies (dragon boat racing), drink, and sleep! amazing! btw, i invited my classmate over so that we could have company while doing our own theses. That's why I have a housemate right now. We're supposed to be encouraging each other not to sleep but we get so tired from the dragon boat rowing.

Actually, I don't know what to do anymore. haha.. ha.. ha. -_-

Wow im growing up, with my new schedule i actually have a class that......i have to study for! Our chemistry teacher wants us to remember 60 of the elements and their signs by Tuesday! i looked in the book and some of the stuff looks real confusing. Oh well just 5 points on my GPA when i get that A!

you'll be fine gdup. i remember being intimidated by memorizing all those elements too but they're really not that bad after you study. also, at first the material seems hard but after your teacher lectures, it's quite doable though it depends on how well your teacher explains it. ^^

Yeah it aint that hard, theres just alot of big words that we havent learned yet. its not that hard to meorize the elements I already know about half of them. maybe you can quiz me!
speaking of school im in 4th block and look what i get to do, fool around on the internet. Gdup is lucky.

Snoo-chan is right, if you have a rubbish chemistry teacher you will probably not understand half of it, and end up having to teach it to yourself. >____> (Learnt that lesson the hard way)

Btw, I never bothered memorizing the elements and their atomic numbers n' stuff… >____>

i'm sorry but i don't understand this block system. when i went to school, we had classes back to back from 8-3 with lunch in the middle. once a month, we had blocked schedule so we would have our classes (periods 1-4) on monday and classes (periods 5-8) on tuesday; each period would be doubled. we had three minutes breaks to get to our next class.

is it similar to that? it might be a catholic school thing though

@ imp, oh i completely understand. my physics and biochemistry professors were dreadful.

Alright we have 8 classes in total. For the first semester we take 4 of the classes and each of them is an hour and a half long. We start at 7:30 and school ends at 2:30. The second semester we take the other 4.

Yo imp how did you do in chemistry class? i cant wait to get down alchemist style and mixs things up! We have atleast one lab every week so ill see what happens.

damn that sounds so nice. we had the same classes for the whole year though the semester only classes changed. it was nice since it provided us with a routine and structure.

you'll be disappointed in chem lab my friend. there are some fun ones but most of the time, you might be aggravated.

Did you guys get to mix things? all I know is that lots of the chemicals we will work with are poisoness and I think there will be a controled explosion in the future, Brilliant!

7:30!!!! M god thats a early start...im still in bed at 7:30!!!! and 1 1/2 lessons!! That must be hell, i can barely stay awake in my normal hour ones. >_<

I done pretty well, in the mock i got 87%, which is an A! =D But my module 1 results have not come in...there suppose to arrive around march i think

And you will be surely dissapointed...chemistry is not all big explosions (as i once thought! ). Most of the time, the reactions will just be a little bom, but never anything worth going 0_0 for...(although we once did this outdoor reaction. It was pretty fun ). Chemisty lab stuff = boredom (99% of the time). But, the labs always have dangerous chemicals, you could always make a reaction of your own*.

*speaking of that, some guy in the year above, got kicked out a couple of weeks back, because he brought down the science labs by fucking up with the chemicals at lunch time. Nobody got hurt, although there was a high amount of mercury spillage...wait...i might be poisoned...
