i'm back to being a full-time student and i'm kinda guilty about it since my parents are getting old.
anyway, while we were doing service duty (as waitress), I was assisting my classmate with her table when she told me to do the wrong thing, and the professor caught me in the act, and I was supposed to plead my case but I figured i couldn't get out of this one. Bottom line, I was given a punishment of extra duty- I have to report for a whole day as waitress in our student restaurant next week
my classmate was sorry afterwards, and I said it was okay, and I felt she was really sincere with her apology. I thought it was fine since she was punished too, for something different though.

Ran up huge bills, were difficult to serve, and then didn't tip worth shit. Though, it isn't much better where I work now, because I get some really difficult, asshole-ish customers fairly often there too. Asking me how to do certain impossible things (YOU CAN'T USE A FUCKING CAT-6 ETHERNET CABLE TO HOOK YOUR MONITOR UP TO YOUR FUCKING COMPUTER!!! I swear it!!! UGH.)

Nope. We serve our classmates and schoolmates at the culinary school. It's not a real-time job thingie. We just have shifts at it, while some classmates cook for us, and some eat their food.

you shouldn't send 100% to your family. It's important to keep some for yourself, because you'll be building a family for yourself in the future. And that's important too.
you won't believe how silly it was. In fine dining service you have to follow directions, literally. Which way to walk. So anyway, I knew I should be going counter-clockwise round the table to serve the food, and my friend insisted I go the other way, and before I could argue she already served the plates on the people i should have served. So when the manager came in to look all plates were served except for the ones he caught me still holding, and caught me facing the wrong direction.so wut did you do that got you in that much trouble?

yeah, ppl suck. and i can't understand how people dont understand how to hook things up, and what cables go with what... i mean, they are color and size coded, even have little pictures and names on them, how can you screw that one up?I hated waitressing. i dont send it all to them. i do spend some of it myself. and its hard to save up any kind of money on E-4 pay. once i get my re-enlistment bonus, though, i'll be getting more money (and my family wont be getting ANY of that. plus i got my once a year clothing allowance coming up in 2 months (our uniforms are expensive, so that'll be a good amount) and a third of my enlistment bonus when i graduate power school about the same time.beware... the credit card!!!

i have. in first grade. I was taking this exam, and I really wanted to pee, but the teacher won't let me. Maybe he thought i'd cheat or something. (as if anyone knew how to cheat in first gradeso, have anyone peed in their pants yet for not taking it off on time.?
