Yay, this episode totally sealed Nathan's fate. Of course, Sylar will have to steal his face first. Mmmkay, here's my prediction on how it will go down:
1) Sylar and Danko will either find another exploding mutant (possibly this sister we heard about) for him to steal powers from or they'll plant a bomb on Sylar, who will be posing as someone else.
2) Nathan tries to fly Sylar out of there. He doesn't find out it's him until they're airborne, at which point Sylar reveals himself and takes Nathan's likeness and power.
3) They go kaboom, half the city is destroyed, and Sylar re-materializes.
4) Angela goes, "Bwa ha ha! You dumb kids thought you could spoil my plans, but I totally just accomplished what I tried to do years ago."
5) Sylar, as Nathan, tries to have a moment with Claire. Shortly after Claire goes in for the hug, Sylar's head will do that weird thing and his face will be revealed. Sylar will win brownie points (in my book, at least) for adding insult to injury.
6) End of volume 4. Beginning of volume 5: War. Sylar, as Nathan, manipulates the political scene (it's funny cause Danko will say that he was mistaken about Nathan's identity as a mutant) and initiates a full-blown war against mutants.
It also looks like Peter's starting to get his empathetic personality back.
p.s. These writers need to work on the subtlety of their irony.
p.p.s. Noah also needs to die somehow because he was too stupid to make sure it was Sylar's body.

the Petrellis.That shape-shifting ability was so lame,the girl in the first season had a better shape-shifting ability imo.
Im happy that the Petrelli family is back togheter and stand strong,it could be the beginning to some great things,all of them sitting besides the table eating fries was my favourite moment of the episode.But ofcourse it had to get interupted by Sylar :/ now he signed his fucking deathwish.Noah hates him more then anyone.
