i go a lot because my cousin is the president of an org that promotes the conservation/restoration of natural features like rivers, caves and mountains and stuff. They're all mountaineers to be able to visit these places and I sometimes tag along.

it is cold. that cave goes through a hill that's why it takes 2 hours to go through it. and the water is really cold ground water...

baboysai, I'm so jealous!! I would love to go there. Doing that kind of stuff makes me so happy, I always feel like I'm on an adventure or something. I guess I'm still a 12 year old

baboysai, that looks like so much fun!! the only cave I went to was a bat cave at pahang, it was really small and tight space and the water was only ankle length at most

@ichi, snakes don't go that far into the cave. Bats too. Bats only stay at the mouth. The animals you see in the cave are blind and clear-skinned fish (i forgot the name), some glow-worms and that's it. :P

Baboysai it must be really nice to visit that cave... you're so lucky...

I went once to a cavehere in Pru... it's supposed to be the deepest cave in south america, and it's real depth is still unknown.
The deepest that someone has gone is 2800 meters... it was a peruvian-french expedition... but they didn't found the end of the cave.

Normal people can enter only 200 meters... if you want to go further you need special equipment and special training. Since I'm normal people (although I don't see my as one) I entered only 200 meters.

But I would love to put on a helmet, grab a flashlight and went inside a really big cave, see bats and other wird annimals and insects and get all wet.... I envy you haha

oh my gosh, hellbringer, I thought of the same thing

I used to have one of those glow worms, too, but it melted. I must have left it on the stove or something dumb like that at least all my My little ponies survived

anyway, on topic, Baboysai, you're from the philippines, right? if I ever go there, I'm going to talk to you about cool hikes and stuff

and ichi, what's wrong with snakes? they're cool!! not as cool as lizards, though...

Well... it's because great minds think alike.
