I personally hate when Batman stories center around Batman & Robin conflicts (especially due to whiny Robin). Also, although Damian Wayne became a much better character later on, his character in the early stages can compete with even Dick Grayson in Batman and Robin when it comes to "God damnit, kill that f***ing brat nooooow"-ness. So I'll probably skip that one, even though the animation and voice acting seems on par with The Dark Knight Returns films (which were actually good).

So apparently, Tarantino was working on a script for a Western called The Hateful Eight and he had finished working on a draft script. One of the 6 people he had gven the script to, passed it on to someone and so it got all leaked online.

Now he's pissed and bummed out, he's shelving the idea and is gonna work on something else instead. You can read the rest [HERE]

It's a bit funny but also disappointing because I like his work and enjoyed Django, so him doing another western was an intriguing thought. But also, it's Hollywood, so these things happen, no?

Spoiler: Evangelion 1.0 - You (Are) Not Alone

So they already revealed a lot of things/info in the first rebuild movie including the Human Instrumentality Project. Maybe to not confuse the new audience and no point in not revealing those anyway because the fans who watched the original anime and End of Evangelion already know those things. The scenes/shots/voice acting are almost 95% identical to the original anime. The smiling Rei scene in 1.0 is better than the original.

My rating: 8.4/10

Hopefully I will be able to watch 2.0 and 3.0 later this day. (It's 1:00AM here, January 24, 2014)

Curious to see how that new character, Mari will affect the original story.
I have no idea about her role, personality, etc.

I didn't know about this before now, but it looks interesting. It might only be due to the fact that my sister is a rabid Robin/Damien/Dick/Nightwing/Whoeverthefuck he is fan, but still. Thanks for the trailer.

P.S. EVERYONE KNOWS BATMAN WILL WIN.



On another note, I saw 'Her' in theaters the other day and absolutely loved it. It was very... smart. Only one or two things bothered me, but they're either too involved or too superficial to mention. Definitely see Her.

"Son of Batman" looks alright. I think, they should do the "Hush" storyline, which was pretty cool and featured majority of the iconic Batman villains and Superman makes an appearance as well. "The Dark Knight Strikes Again" would be nice too.

Pushing the Man of Steel sequel to May 2016 is better than trying to rush it for next summer 2015. That period is already owned by Marvel. To add on to that news, Wonder Woman will not only be featured in the Man of Steel sequel, but a solo film and the JLA film are also, going to possibly be in the works for her as well. DC needs to do a "Lobo" movie.

The Lone Ranger was a decent movie. It was funny in some area, but the rest it was decent. Fell more in love with Armie's voice than anything else though. When he spoke, my prostate gland quivered, and I'm pretty homophobic.



No but really, TLR was a decent film. Johny Depp was meh as Tonto, and the current time scenes kinda had me confused.

My Wife Got Married (Anaega Gyeolhonhaetda)​

Woah! I never got this weird feeling while watching a movie.
Son Ye Jin's acting was so convincing, sweet, and innocent-feeling that it makes you confuse and unsettled whether what she's doing in the movie was good or bad. She deserved the Blue Dragon Best Actress Award!

I kind of appreciate Soccer thanks to this movie. There's a lot of soccer reference and actual soccer.

I think the only flaw of this movie was that the other guy's character was not developed in the story or that his character is not that interesting at the first place compared to main male character.

I am so pleased.

I haven't seen this movie, but I saw a trailer and immediately said, "this movie will be COMPLETE SHIT. When you're making a movie involving the story of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, make sure you don't break 'uniformed/retarded/i TOTALLY did not read the book/idiot rule #1"...The monster's name IS NOT Frankenstein. I don't care what your excuse/explanation is, you do not call the monster Frankenstein.

So happeh. 5% on rottentomatoes.

The advertisements for the movie are like 15 seconds long. They're careful not to show too much of it, since it'd probably have more of a negative effect.

They ruined Pietro & psylocke isn't sexy enough. And yes that's bishop interpreted by french actor Omar Sy. A french humorist in such a role, this will be interesting to watch. Might be a disaster though.

That isn't Psylocke, it's Blink. I guess you got confused by the purple. Psylocke isn't in this movie as far as I know.

And Quicksilver's design is absolutely horrible...wtf
