Ugh, I'm going to see a movie this week, but I can't think of which one to go to! I'm stuck between Chuck and Larry, Hot Rod, and Transformers.

i advise you to watch transformers, out of those three it is the best.

personally i thought that Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry was not sandlers best performance, it sometimes makes you smile but not really laugh out loud , and out of the other two, transformers is by far the best but if you could, try and sneak in and watch bourne ultimatum, i heard its really good

I only saw the Bourne Identity, but I liked that one. As for "not Adam Sandler's best work", I don't really like him at all. I'm going for Kevin James.

My last movie was The Simpsons Movie..
Really not bad.. has some gigantic jokes for example "Spider Pig"..
But I didn't like the end.. although a must watch for a Simpsons-Fan.

I'm not quite sure what I should watch next..
Rush Hour 3 or Transformers.. but I think I'll watch both of them.
First Rush Hour 3 and then Transformers.

Alright, I'm seeing Hot Rod on Saturday, although I still want to go see Transformers. Some other day, I suppose.

if i were to rate the Bourne Ultimatum, 10/10!!!!! damn. that movie is easily the best espionage movie i've ever seen, not to mention the thrills, the smarts, the amazing cinematography. the best movies i've seen this year are transformers, ratatouille, and ultimatum. watch ultimatum guys, it's one of the best, hands down!

Well, i read the book (though i haven't seen Ultimatum). And IMO, i was disappointed since the first movie. Marie was supposed to be waay better than that. But i'm gonna see Ultimatum just out of curiosity after reading yonie's post.

i havent read the book ichi, and i read that there are many differences between the adaptations, but i gotta tell you the movie is just too great. do watch!

I didn't even know there was a book of the series. Huh. Yeah, I would see Ultimatum, but I never saw Supremecy or whatever the 2nd one was.

edit: I watched it and the whole film in my opinion is mediocre until you reach he part when he conducts the 9th, it was amazing, absolutely amazing *is still amazed!!*. On the whole it wasn't rubbish but they made beethoven seem like a egotistical-bastard .

i was at a filmfestival last week, wednesday to sunday. i saw more than 20 movies and it was a great friggin week.

some of the movies i saw:

This is england, very good movie about england and oi-punkers during thatchers rule in the 80's.

Black Pimpernel, a true story about the swedish ambassador during the chile crisis in the 70's. very very moving. lots of tears in that movie.

DeathProof, Quentin Tarantinos B movie about a guy that kills girls with his car. friggin hystericly funny

Reign Over Me, a beeautiful and very sad story about a dude that lost his entire family in the 9/11 catastroph. Adam Sandler best movie without question.

Knocked Up, not a good movie really but funny nonetheless.

Becoming Jane, the story of why Jane Austen never married. and trust me people, its a lot more entertaining than it sounds. very good lovestory in my opinion

wow that's awesome, i love filmfests too, but not as many as yours boff, we only get less than 10 movies to show. those movies you mentioned are really intriguing to read, im gonna find copies

Knocked Up, not a good movie really but funny nonetheless.

I really need to see that movie. Really. And I've seen some of the deleted scenes on YouTube, and they totally should have been kept, if they weren't a bit...bizarre.

And is DeathProof the same thing as Grindhouse?
