Movies The Movie Thread!

[Paper]

Well if you wait a year and a few months Iron Man 2 will probably come out

patience is not one of my strongest points.

[manu]

Iron Man 2 comes in May 2010, its been scheduled with Thor in July and Captain America and Avengers in 2011.

[rtyd1]

Do we have a release date for Spiderman 4

[The Boff]

we have these dates from Avi Arad. the producer of all Marvel movies:

[manu]

not an accurate list what so ever, the new release list by marvel was released May 5th. No release date for Spidey but we do have a writer.

[The Boff]

may i have an adress or a pic to that list por favor?

[Riku]

I just saw Iron sky teaser and I'm all exited. So awesome work. Such a shame that the film won't be out for a long time.

If you don't know, Iron Sky is the second indie film by Finnish Energia Productions. First one was Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning, which collected over 8 million downloads world wide.

Finally watch IronMan last night... via bootleg DVD... since the cinema still hasn't got it on its show list. Anyhow, it's fun and awesome, except the final battle (for me anyway). Way to go to make me fave IronMan again after Civil War event in the comics.

[baboysai]

I watched Ironman. 8/10 for me. Very interesting characters. Except that during the fight scenes I kept thinking "Nothing beats Japanese mechs." >.>

[blai]

Don't be such a realist lol But yeh, I haven't seen the whole Ironman but the japanese mechs is.... op

MASS REVIEW

The Forbidden Kingdom- being a huge jackie chan fan (and a all around martial arts geek) i loved the movie from start to end! the action sequences were reminiscent of old martial arts films but had a modert twist to it, but was no where near as "unbelieveably stupid" as the fight scenes in Matrix Revolutions or Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. oh, and the chicks were hawt too 10/10

Speed Racer- April and May are great months for avid movie goers! Being a fan of the original anime as a child, i found myself completely psyched with how well the Wachowski brothers brought in TONS of the original material into the silver screen! Don't let the flashy colors or crappy haircuts fool you! Speed Racer is a movie to be reckoned with in the box office charts! The Wachowski brothers have redeemed themselves for the two pieces of crap the flung on to the film reels (Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions). 10/10 <---tears of joy

Deception- Hot chicks, casual sex, (for women) attractive men, money, and death. With a great forumala like that, i fail to see why it turned out to be such a boring movie... Deception had it's good scenes, but i can't get past the fact that it turned out to be a completely lackluster movie....oh and Maggie Q only has one scene! FTL!!!! 5/10

@yonie- ignorance is bliss....hmhmhmhm...
