I highly doubt that. Kagura might have saved his life, but I doubt she's gonna get freaky with the guy who's hand killed her brother, regardless if it was his fault or not. On top of that, Kagura is more respectful to Erza than that. She knows how important Jellal is to Erza and what he means to her. She may even know they love each other. She's not gonna try and steal her man. This isn't a soap opera. I think Jerza haters are just in denial and are trying to do anything and everything they can, including CPR (which is a MEDICAL PROCEDURE I might add, including Levy breathing air into Gajeel while underwater, though Levy KNEW exactly what she was doing in terms of romance. Kagura was not doing this for romantic purposes. She was doing it for Erza's sake. Not her own) and make it romantic when it's not. Jellal has confirmed he loves Erza. Nobody else, and I doubt very much he starts loving Kagura over CPR. Yea, I think for a romance in a story to stick it has to have the chemistry and make sense in some way. Well that is my preference. Jellal and Kagura haven't got anything like that. It would be completely weird imo. I respect that people want to ship them, but at the same time discussing it's legitimacy is not being disrespectful imo.

It's definitely fan driven. Just small moments where people are speculating that it could lead to something down the track, or there are feelings involved etc. And most of it is from Mira, which is to be expected given it's Laxus we're talking about. It's nothing like NaLu/JeRza/GaLe/GrUvia... yet.

There is a manga colored cover somewhere that Mashima did of FT sitting around a table eating together and on the wall is written Mirajane Dreyar. So it's not out of the realm of possibility. Yeah, that is definitely a couple made by fans. Hiro Mashima never explicitly stated that they were a couple. Saying that he likes it may have been his way of pleasing the fans or agreeing with them. I mean what can he say? "No, I don't like that."? So of course there will be those that try really hard to make that ship come true but right now, they really have shown no affection for each other. I mean if anything, Hiro Mashima has portrayed LaxusXFreed a little bit more.
