1st CASE :-
1) JUVIA vs RANDI :- Obviously RANDI takes this ...She has a much better overall figure including each & every individual department.....RANDI takes this.

2)ULTEAR vs MARI :- ULTEAR has may be the best hips in FT but in terms of bust they both seems equal.....MARI can cover it up with her over-all beauty & blonde hair.....Still ULTEAR takes this.
3) ERZA vs IRENE :- ERZA has a very good figure overall as well as she is much better in all departments but still IRENE surpasses her completely in all the departments as well as overall beauty.....including her sense of clothing which is much better than ERZA......

2nd CASE :-
1) JUVIA vs MARI :- MARI takes this......
2) ULTEAR vs RANDI :- nearly equal........But ULTEAR takes this.......Figure-wise ULTEAR surpasses her...But RANDI makes it up with a variety of cute reactions which we will never get from ULTEAR.......
3) ERZA vs IRENE :- same reason as above ...Still I gotta say ERZA's cute sides covers up the distance between them a bit. Still IRENE surpasses all.....

1) JUVIA vs IRENE :- IRENE takes this......Nothing to say here
2) ERZA vs MARI :- Nearly equal........ERZA is nearly same as MARI.....Both have unique hair......ErZA has more of cute side...MARI makes it up with her payful & sadistic side.....This will be taken by ERZA with a close difference.
3) RANDI vs ULTEAR :- as above.........ULTEAR takes this.....
Only here GRAY takes it.
Basically it goes like this..
IRENE > ERZA > ULTEAR=MARI > RANDI > JUVIA
IRENE will win against any-one of them there...& JUVIA will loose against any one
So , in short LARCADE's harem is much better as he has each & every character there with all kinds of natures & personalities..while GRAY's lack sadistic ones..
And BTW , there is no need for LUCY to be in GRAY's harem. I do not want her to just go there & die due to GRAY's fate.........After all , LUCY has her man - NATSU.

I have also forgotten that Mira can also be included in his harem. They have had a few moments of being paired with each other, and were dressed up in a volume twitter fanart from Mashima while be included in a cover. Mira can transform into anyone so that adds appeal to Gray's harem.
