Just bcs you love someone doesn't mean you are ready to take the next step with them. They haven't even been on an actual date yet he was ready to dive into her. Do you think she was actually ready to do the deed when she becomes a shy little girl at the simplest touch from him? The face clearly shows she was not ready for the next step and froze in the moment.

Ok.
But this isn't about whether or not Erza was mentally prepared to take the relationship to the next level. This is about how good Jellal is at hitting on Erza. If Erza is turning into a schoolgirl at the simplest touch, then he has the best game out of all of the boys. Nobody else can charm Erza like this.

That's bcs Erza's been easy for him since she met him when he was kid. She loved him since even though he did some nasty stuff to her and still loves him unwaveringly. It's basically SasuSaku, but instead of everyone pining over Sauce (Jellal) it's only Sakura (Erza). So his game isn't really game as he never had to do anything to worm his way into heart since he already had affection since she was a kid.
No one can charm Erza bcs Erza dead set to one dude for her entire life. No matter what she is always in love with him. From childhood to when he abused her to when he lost his memories to when he was on his road to redemption w/o her. She has never once wavered in her love for him.
Jellal doesn't have game bcs the only person who like him is his childhood friend (who has a borderline obsession with him lol).

He could tease the fans and still portray Jellal as shy if that's how he's supposed to be.
They're not even the most similar to SasuSaku when it comes to Naruto pairings, MinaKushi is more similar to them both with their individual characters and love story. They're only similar to SS on a surface level when you take things extremely out of context. Jellal absolutely adores and respects Erza while Sasuke has been nothing but dismissive of Sakura for the entirety of the story until the very last chapter when he did a 180. In that regard, SS is way more similar to Gruvia.
Also Erza isn't obsessed with him, being deeply in love with someone for a long time =/ obsession. She is way, WAAY more independent than Juvia and Levy. Juvia drowned an entire town and got herself sick just because Gray dipped without telling her and Levy is permanently glued to Gajeel's side. Erza cried when Jellal got taken to prison (for life with the possibility of a death sentence) and was depressed for a while but got herself together relatively quickly.
As for Jellal not having other love interests, he simply doesn't have the screentime to do so, but he's been acknowledged as an ikemen in universe by the trimens and in HERO'S Genesis turned into him when he wanted to be popular with the ladies.

Jellal and Erza like/love each other, but they don't even know what they're doing atm. It's just meant to be, born from a situation of adversity. No sauce, no game. Ueda needs to make it happen, would be great for Jellal's character especially lmaoo.

Canon still matters. Stuff not in the manga can just be the mangaka drawing for fun, he wouldn't even need to believe in it. Nalu isn't canon, but Mashima will still draw them for the lulz and for the fans.

Images that are found on twitter is how Hiro sees the characters. Even if they're not strictly canon, Jellal behaved in pretty much the exact way in the Christmas Omake. The way the characters were behaving in those twitter mini-comics is pretty much the exact same way they were behaving in the Christmas Omake in general.

Even if certain ships aren't canon, Mashima's drawings give us an idea of what their relationships would be like IF they were. Again, even if you ignore that sketch, there's still the christmas special and nothing that Mashima wrote in the manga indicates that Jellal is shy.

It's the most annoying couple that's made official. That's why I'm hoping in 100YQ that another couple will be made official.
Lucy says natsu's not interested in love, how could she know that. Did natsu tell her. Has she made any advances towards him, if so, when? Or did she see herself rejecting a girl's love?

Not something to worry about. Hiro has been pretty consistent on what pairings he draws. Both in the manga and on twitter. I guarantee you if 100YQ goes on for another year, and it almost certainly will at the pace, he'll draw all the main pairings on their days. Like he has for the past 2 years.

Maybe in the past. He denied himself when they were about kiss because he thought he didn't deserve to be with her. Maybe blushed a bit when he groped her boobs at the water park during the GMG arc. But this is how Jellal acts around her now:
