More like making groudon and kyogre part of the plot but giving the player a chance to obtain them later(while not being part of the plot).
That will be good but the epic battle between those two with rayquaza interfering won't be in it.
R/S/E is my first pokemon game before I went into F/G. i never played H/S because the pokemon aren't all that much of an addition
and it was in gb color. F/G was a remake
Emerald was also the one that introduced battle frontier to the entire pokemon series.
I won't get my hopes up as it might just be a movie announcement or grey announcement. But making it on the 3ds will guranthee a purchase from me.

Maybe I was thinking of the differences between Gold/Silver and Crystal.

Anyway, in other news, the 15th movie was announced to be staring Kyurem along with the Musketeers. It's interesting because both Shaymin and Giratina debuted their new forms in their movie, which was followed by Platinum being announced. So with any luck, Kyurem's appearances will lead soon to it gaining a new form and Grey being announced.

It looks like the game is a crossover called Pokemon + Ambition of Nobunaga. It's for the DS and it will be out in Japan next spring.

I have to say this is the strangest crossover I ever seen for a game, yet now that I seen it I can't wait to play it.

Weirdest crossover ever. I hope this isn't the "shocking new game release"... Thought most likely it is.

I find it weird how B/W will have been out for a year in the U.S and it's approaching two years in Japan and we haven't gotten a new main series game.

Going by all the previous Third versions, Pokemon Grey isn't due to be revealed until the summer.

Wouldn't you think that the R/S/E remakes would of been announced before Grey?

The Gen 2 games were released after Platinum, so any Gen 3 remakes would possibly be announced after Grey.

It looks like Nintendo is going to announce a third entry for Pokemon Black/White series next Sunday.

That is an unexpected twist. Now I wonder exactly how that'll work in the games given there was only indication of a single form change. Guess it'll be like how they handled Deoxys. Also like that Meloetta was introduced too.

I sort of wish that they'd be for the 3DS. Despite not owning one (gonna wait for the eventual "lite version") it would be awesome to have the game in 3D.
