I am soooo getting the Alpha Sapphire. Sapphire was the game I picked first out of the trilogy. I still got the 3 cartridges, albeit all replaced from the older 3 that were stolen.
...I don't even remember how I agreed my mother to buy me the replacements.

Ah yes, the power of nagging, the most powerful tool against parents. Although buying all 3 twice might be a bit too much

Personally I had Emerald - which I'm pretty sure they won't release :-/

The battle zone on Emerald was what made the game after the main story still worth playing back then. Now with all that global linkings it might not be that necessary, but probably the zone will be included anyway.

The Battle Frontier was pretty sweet. It was really hard, and near impossible unless you EV trained the s*** out of your Pokemon.
I only places I beat were the Battle Dome and the The Battle Arena. Battle Arena was the easiest due the score system.
The Battle Palace was garbage though. I'm glad they never remade it into the newer games.
The Battle Frontier in Platinum felt a lot easier compared to Emerald's, but that was really for the best.

"Coro Coro for October has started to leak! This months new megas are Beedrill, with Adaptability and strong attack and speed, and Pidgeot with No Guard and higher Special Attack.
Additionally, Mega Latios and Mega Latias were officially revealed, and after being summoned with the Eon Flute, can be used to find Legendary Pokemon from past games on islands or in the sky! An Eon Ticket will also be given out soon after release in Japan"

Nintendo of America announced that Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be available as a dual-pack, which will be available on Amazon and Best Buy for $80. It will also contain download codes that can be redeemed for 100 points each.
