That's most likely solidified my version choice. I always like to have a fighter in my walkthorough party, and I absolutely love Sirfetch'd. Sword all the way!

I'm expecting them to reveal a Shield exclusive though soon too. My bet is on a Tauros evo.

I'm most likely getting it. The version choice I'm not sure about yet. Eevee was a no-brainer for Let's Go. Prior to that I actually hadn't made a choice since Gold and Silver.

I'm getting Sword as well. A little bit concerned about this extra cost thing for online service. Got used to the world trade feature from 3DS games that I would really miss it. On the other hand just can't get myself to support that EA route Gamefreak is slowly but steady taking.

Also not a fan of the continuation of the reappearance of Gen 1 mascots to introduce new mechanics that started in Gen 6. Especially Charizard Giga pissed me off, so kinda surprised ^really digging it.

I'm leaning more towards Sword. I guess I don't feel too strongly about the Legendaries as I think they both look weird. I might feel bad missing out on Tyranitar and Galarian Ponyta though, especially if there's a Rapidash to match.

I know you said you're getting both Sword and Shield. But theoretically, if you had to choose, which one would you pick first?

Looking at the whole dex this is more difficult.
But I guess I would still go for sword. The legendary of shield just looks too much like a wolf f-ing a literal shield.

It seems the forms we've seen on covers are separate forms for them, not the default ones. Adds the Steel typing to their Fairy and Fighting types.

But yeah, I'm still kind of torn myself on which one to get. Part of me doesn't want to spoil myself with the Pokedex too, but I guess it's required to make an informed decision.

None of those final starters really interest me, but I'll wait til I can see them in action to really decide. I do like the look of what I'm guessing is the third legendary, but too many of my old favorites are back, so I'm gonna have to force myself to use the new ones.

Wait, so with the full pokedex leaking, are there more that are exclusive to each version aside from Jangmo-o, Deino, and Sirfetch'd for Sword and Larvitar, Goomy, and Galarian Ponyta for Shield?
