I just learned that today died a french comedian that I love very much. Bruno Salomone. One of the very few that I went to see in a stand up show.
He was part of Nous Ç Nous in his younger days, with Jean Dujardin and three other lads.
This is a sad day, losing him. I hope he rests in peace and get something for bringing so much laughter to many throughout decades.

You don't have to ask me twice to complain about the weather, dear lord.

There's one method I've been heavily applying to beat the weather, one I'm a pretty big fan of:

(That and the occasional dive in the nearby lake. There's one, beach area and all, and admission is only 6 euros. Pretty good deal if you ask me.)

6 euros is a bargain imho, especially if that means that there is a cleaning crew and some kind of management. Lucky you! I’m dying for a swim. There are swimming pools in Paris but they are costly and also I hate chlorine. My last time in the sea dates to 2016...

Oh yeah, the lake is well maintained and has plenty of space to sunbathe and dive in. Plus, it's not a pool, so you can be a lot more chill in there. It always felt weird to chill around in a pool, especially an indoor pool, since it feels like such an active environment. But a natural body of water, you can just float around and exist in.

Also, if you're in Paris, surely a train to the normandy coast isn't too impossible? Make a daytrip out of it or something, sleep over in a hostel if the transit is long. The Atlantic is definitely very chill right about now.
