I think so too, this way Jill lives on, until Chris ends her life.I saw that on the marketplace on the weekend, I guess it does pretty much confirm, that it is Jill under that mask.
Im thinking the same thing, she might sacrifice herself in order to save Chris from Wesker or something like that. Eather way she dies..I think so too, this way Jill lives on, until Chris ends her life.
(I hope I'm wrong)
I don't know if have play the game, but I did like RE4. Even though when it 1st came out I was piss about knowing that there’s was no Umbrella story line in the game and with no Zombies (I mean a RE without Zombies. WTF?). But when I decided to give it a try, I really love it. All those new cool features and knowing that Wesker wanted to get his hands on this virus (Las Plagas), it give me some story relieve. This better be it, an end to the story and none of that braindead (no pun intended) RE4 crap. It gives the feel of such a rehash.
We'll always have RE1-3.
(which btw I like it), I mean think of it as an evolution.

IMO, RE4 was good as a shooter, but it lacked a trademark that came with the RE games, and partially the reason why I liked the series in the first place:I don't know if have play the game, but I did like RE4. About the whole change of Zombies to Las Plagas. It was lil bit hard for me to adjust, since you are use to beat the hell out of those slowpoke Zombies. Now you have this guys who can shot you, throw things to you, open doors, chance you where ever you go and even try to outsmart you (sometimes). Man... That was a challenge(which btw I like it), I mean think of it as an evolution.

Now that you mention it. I Agree with you about the puzzles, I think they were none existent (well not that i remember) in the game.IMO, RE4 was good as a shooter, but it lacked a trademark that came with the RE games, and partially the reason why I liked the series in the first place:
The puzzles, I felt that the puzzles in RE4 were too easy or even none existent. While I remember getting stuck for a week or so on a single puzzle in Code Veronica, and a similar one in RE2.
IMO, RE4 is good but RE2-3 and CV is better.
well, there were some puzzles, but they were too easy to solve; I think the game was basically to attract more fans. Now that you mention it. I Agree with you about the puzzles, I think they were none existent (well not that i remember) in the game.
If your talking about the paper weight puzzle. It was a pain, it took me a while too to figure it outwell, there were some puzzles, but they were too easy to solve; I think the game was basically to attract more fans.
I remember the cube puzzle in Code Veronica(If you have played it) It took me near a week just to understand it and solve. Or one of the water samples puzzles in RE3, I could never solve that one on my one; it was just 6 months ago that i actually understood how to do it.
. One of the trickiest puzzle was the oil gauge puzzle, it was hard to tell exactly when to stop filling the gauges up.
Lol, there were a number of gauge puzzles, and most of them were hard.If your talking about the paper weight puzzle. It was a pain, it took me a while too to figure it out. One of the trickiest puzzle was the oil gauge puzzle, it was hard to tell exactly when to stop filling the gauges up.

That was another bad thing about RE4, yet there is many people who like it, it is starting to annoy me.Its not the gameplay (although its very typical generic action shooter) of RE4 but the story that really bugged. The gameplay did tie into that because it removed any sense of tension or fear you wouldve experienced with the earlier titles. But the story was seriously generic garbage. It really felt like such a bullshit story they came up with to serve the gameplay and things they wanted to try out.
"My god youre alive?!" "I survived a helicopter crash and now Im evil!! Lets fight with knives!" "Ack! Even though we were former comrades, Ill have to kill you now! Instant demand of empathy from player for ridiculously underdeveloped and cliche plot twist/new character situation!!" Totally gay. Not to mention the fact that you barely learn anything about the situation/history (unlike RE1-3 which gave you extensive documentation with all the files) and NOTHING CHANGES story or character-wise!
And RE5, what Ive seen of it, seems like a next-gen rehash of RE4 and if its going to be equally overrated crap Im just not going to bother, hell they already have the spoiler videos of the ending and all other events of RE5 online so I can live with that. Plus its 60$, if Im going to pay that much for a game, it better be damn good.

Taken from WikipediaUtilizing heavy horror elements, puzzle solving, and a lot of action, most of the games in the main Resident Evil series have been released to positive reviews. Many of the games, most notably Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 4, have been bestowed with multiple Game of the Year honors[15] and frequently placed on lists of the best games ever made.[16] A common criticism of the series is its odd placement of puzzles. When speaking of Code: Veronica, one critic wrote that the game is "still largely a puzzle-driven (as opposed to plot driven) experience."[17] Capcom has been commended, however, for making an attempt to phase out and better integrate the puzzles, with IGN writing that the puzzles of Resident Evil 4 are "not so obscure that they can't be figured out, and indeed many of them are downright clever."[18]
The success of the Resident Evil series has resulted in Guinness World Records awarding the series 8 world records in the Guinness World Records: Gamer's Edition 2008. These records include Most Live-Action Movie Sequels, Action-Adventure Game with the Most Novelizations, and the dubious honor of Worst Game Dialogue Ever for the line "Here's a lockpick. It might be handy if you, the master of unlocking, take it with you".
