So, I watch the pilot episode for the new show called "Power," on Starz. Overall, it was so-so, since I felt like it was a bit too "yo yo yo dawg" for me. The acting was somewhat mediocre as well.

So finally watched season 1 of Girls, marathoned it last night. It was really good and I love that they are having a 4th season of that show, ofc need to catch up on two more seasons before that.

I watched the pilot episode for The Last Ship, unfortunately it was so bad and super cheesy.

For those who watch Orange is the New Black, is Piper Chapman going to get any better, personality-wise? 6 episodes into the first season, honestly I found supporting characters are more interesting than her.

Yeah overall the characters don't go too much out of character. Marnie is the best tho ... haha, the actress does a good job in capturing the atmosphere around her, lol. Also the one that goes through many changes would be Jessa, I can never predict what she will do.

Also it's pretty much given where Shoshanna's character would go in development.

And Ray is a man sleeping with both her and Marnie, I mean him and Marine talking is like epic. xDD That's one hell of a "relationship".

Both intellectuals in their own respect, I am a fan of such male characters.

Adam putting him career in front of his girlfriend is something that developed nicely as I did not expect him to be like that at all, but in reality he is a much more complex character than at first sight, I guess that was the intention tho ...

So, Californication, it is finally over. I think they concluded the series before it got too bad, unlike many other examples, though one can´t deny that the last 3 seasons were not as good as the first 3-4 seasons, with this last season being the worst by far. I think it has been an interesting ride, sometimes even literally, and the show gave us some really interesting characters (Lew Ashby FTW) and with that of course memorable dialogues and quotes. I liked Hank as main character, good hearted but fucked up so bad, will miss the early seasons.

Prison can make or break a person. She definitely does change but whether it's for the better is subjective. Especially in season 2 you'll see how much being inside has changed her personality.

I agree, though in all honesty I'll keep watching regardless of my distaste for her demeanor. I have yet to watch the second season, and it seems her personality is indeed getting "better" - at least according to some viewers. Looking forward to it.

As i finished almost all tv series i watched, i started suits. Good little tv show and it s always nice to see a main cast from firefly in an important role.

There are some bad stuff though. It s a little too nice and elegant. It lacks madness, it lacks a james spader, an ally mc beal,... I m maybe too used to david e kelley.

Oh and i saw the pilot for flash. Good pilot, good potential, waiting for more

Yes, I did! The most confusing crap ever. I think they did a very very very poor job, in regards to introducing just what the heck is going on, and who everyone is.

Too many gaps for a pilot episode. Lucky the chief's daughter is hot, otherwise I would have stopped watching it.

Confusing how? It's a pretty straightforward premise...

Maybe too many characters introduced for a first episode, but I enjoyed it otherwise.

I intend to watch The Leftovers later today. Other new series I tired include Dominion and Salem (a few weeks old). I may keep on watching them as I don't have much on my plate at the moment. The Originals Season 1 ended and it was a beautiful ending. The Originals turned out to be a good series, far better than TVD.
