Well, it is interesting that it is only one eye that is transformed but I don't think that means they are fusing... Rather I would argue that means fraudrin does not have quite as much control as he used to have.
That is what I am hoping for, actually. That his grip on Dreyfus is rather slipping. But if it does, he showed no signs of it in the chapter.Well, it is interesting that it is only one eye that is transformed but I don't think that means they are fusing... But nothing in the chapter was about acting more human though... I mean, he mercilessly ripped out their souls and treated humans like cattle. I could understand it when Mel called out to Dreyfus a month ago and that stuff with the tear happened momentarily before Fraudrin regained control and shot Mel down but this is just weird. Those eyes seem to appear when the user acts less "demonic" and more "human", if you will.
In Fraudrin's case, it may be just Dreyfus taking over.
In Estarossa's case, it was when he was killing the person he loved the most - Meliodas.
In Meliodas' case, he always keeps his demonic power shut down in order to deny his cold side or such.
Perhaps the less you use it, the more you lose control over it, which would explain why Meliodas is now weaker compared to his ruthless self.
Embrace thy mark.
Which is why I noted that Dreyfus may be taking over - Fraudrin did nothing humane and yet his eyes appeared to change. The body's literally becoming less demonic since Dreyfus is supposedly taking over. But nothing in the chapter was about acting more human though... I hope it's not just a drawing mistake XD
I doubt Nakba will go that route with Merlin. Merlin most likely used a magic spell that made ageless so she can't die to age.Merlin must be pretty old, since she knew Mel the longest. My theory is that she's actually naturally born pretty ugly, but she used magic to make herself look beautiful and she's maintaining her form and appearance like that.
She's basically Yennefer for those who are familiar with the Witcher series.
Or maybe she is a goddess and she is also cursed.I doubt Nakba will go that route with Merlin. Merlin most likely used a magic spell that made ageless so she can't die to age.
Oh, that's how you meant it. Hmm... yeah... I wonder if it has to do with Fraudrin's realization that Zaratras hasn't come to haunt him yet, which gave Dreyfus more determination because he is sure now that his brother lives. Dreyfus' influence seems stronger whenever family is involved.Which is why I noted that Dreyfus may be taking over - Fraudrin did nothing humane and yet his eyes appeared to change. It's not his body, unlike in Mel's and Estarossa's cases - in these two, feelings seem to trigger this change.

I am not sure of how exactly you'd determine what commandment is or isn't more powerful to be honest. They are all rather arbitrary in how they work. Estarosa definitely has a dangerous ability in that it is easy to fall into but I would still think it is far less severe than the other commandments we have seen in a way. Galan's or merascylla's commandments definitely had more crippling curses after all.Maybe he can see through Balor's eye. But if he has a direct servant it's probably Fraudrin.
After the last chapter I started to wonder if the stronger Demons don't have the strongest Commandments.
Estarossa's Commandment is incredibly powerful while Merascylla's is kinda weak. Following that logic it'd mean that Galan is stronger than her.
I don't think it's a fair and relevant comparison you're making here ! Dolor was severly weakened by Escanor's blast when Meliodas charged him ! There is no evidence that base Meliodas would have trashed Dolor if the later had his full HP !In that form he would have one sidely destroyed base mel (32k) which is quite something considering mel even overpowered dolor in that form.It would have been interesting to see how galan fared against a transformed meliodas.
Well, I do think dolor took some serious damage from the blast but I also doubt it severely hampered his overall strength. Consider galan for instance. He was literally cut in half by escanor and then went on to use critical over and continue fighting. Even red blood hendricksen had to take more than severe damage until he was impaired by it. With this in mind, there is very little evidence to suggest that dolor wouldn't have been overpowered by base mel anyways.I don't think it's a fair and relevant comparison you're making here ! Also, if Meliodas in his base form was already stronger than Dolor and Gloxinia, then his fear of facing the two of them simutaneously would be absolutely absurd and foolish !
I still believe that Dolor and Gloxinia are stronger than Galan ( minus Critical Over) and even with his magic i still think that they would give him a run for his money !
I estimate their PL in the range of 35-40k if not higher !
I hope Nakba doesn't go the curse route with Merlin that plot lineshould be just for Meliodas. I do agree about her being a goddess well a fallen one anyway.Or maybe she is a goddess and she is also cursed.
Well ! there are major differencies between Dolor and Galan cases ! First of, Escanor's blast was a huge wave of destruction that was compared to Estarossa in magnitude and Gloxinia even said that he almost died from it, it wasn't just a little slash like what he did to Galan ! secondly, from their fight with Meliodas, Dolor and Gloxinia didn't prove having regeneration like pure demons or Red Demon Hendrickson ! They were solely relying on the Moon Rose for healing which is way slower than automatic regeneration taking the risk to have their guard wide open !Well, I do think dolor took some serious damage from the blast but I also doubt it severely hampered his overall strength. I agree ! but for now we don't know Dolor and Gloxi' PLs ! and by shounen logic, i think it's unlikely they will be weaker than Galan ! ( it would be anticlimactic to say the least)kkck said:Galan's Pl is over 40k... the way the manga works it is extremely likely that dolor and gloxinia having less than that would immediately result in them getting schooled. Which is not to say dolor and gloxinia are weak, rather the point would be that galan was legitimately powerful. Overall, there is absolutely no doubt that galan would have trashed base mel at least.
