If Chandler and Cusack are stronger than most of the Ten Commandments, why they both weren't recruited to the TC?

There another group know as the Six black knights. They likely defended the demon realm, while the commandments did battle in Britannia.

They're probably hidden trump card in the demon side, the demon king haven't let so many people know them, and they're only revealed when the demon king needs.

1.) They held different roles in the Demon Realm and thus weren't put on the Front Lines.
2.) They were former Commandments who were quit for personal reasons.
3.) They weren't planned during the initial creation of the original TC and were recently created to keep the story going.

Option 3 seems to be the more likely to me, only because Nakaba has a tendency to change things mid story in my opinion.

Meliodas didn't have Pacifism, otherwise he'd have died when he killed Aranak and Zeno (since the Commandment in question was in possession of one of these three). Either Repose or Patience. Patience would be ironic, with him being the SIn of Wrath and all, so it would fit.

For those thinking that Meliodas didn't have a Commandment when he was the leader, well, in the image of the TC before his betrayal there were 10 people, so...

Youre not answering my question. And I know that for a fact that is why I did not say Mel has the pacifism because hed be inflicted by his decree as per Estarossa's verbalization he both killed 2 TC. Again if you think its balony for us to think Mel doesnt have any commandment what is it then? Patience was formerly from aranak and repose from zeno which was transferred to glox repose and drole patience.

Picture youve posted is insufficient and doesnt say anything tbh. So if there is what would it be? Pls dont get me wrong I might be wrong to assume Mel doesnt have any commandment. But give me a valid commandment if he has one. Im not being personal ok just to make it clear.

@Tragicdeath as far as I understand, you think Meliodas had no Commandment. I'd be inclined to agree due to how powerful he was, if it weren't for that panel I posted.

@Tragicdeath if Gloxinia and Drole didn't necessarily have the same decrees as Aranak and Zeno, then Meliodas could've had one between Repose and Patience. The possibility of him having no decree at all is a bit slim IMHO. The Demon King's firstborn child, the heir to the throne, the vilest demon in existence, the leader of the Ten Commandments without a decree? It makes little sense to me, regardless of how overpowered Meliodas was.

Hey FKS sorry to ask such a random likely hard to look up question. But when Mel is described as the most terrible demon to exist. What is the word used? Because i've seen evil also more powerful.

Oh ok. I just made the assumption since both of them replaced Aranak and Zeno therefore the decrees they are possessing now is either both of them. But if the decrees from aranak and zeno is different from glox and drole then what would it be then? Is there a way it would have been mixed like the one who has possession of it that was bestowed by DK would interchange?

Yes, Meliodas was tremendously cruel. But to the point to disregard life itself? I very much doubt it as Estarossa isn't explicit like that. MS thought that was a cool stuff and included it in their script.

As you said, it's a wild guess. We know very little about when Meliodas was the leader of the Ten Commandments. Assuming that the decrees didn't change owners, Meliodas had a decree between Repose and Patience. I'd go with the latter, since he was later known as the Sin of Wrath, it'd be ironic.

About how Meliodas lost his Commandment, your guess is as good as mine. Zeldris said that Gowther, Gloxinia and Drole were special cases in how they lost their decrees, since they had no loyalty to the Demon King. Either Meliodas gave up his decree or it was forcefully taken by the Demon King.

He in-hindsight did not have Pacifism. He had a commandment and thus was immune to it affect. That leaves Patience and Repose.
sorry to ask another question FKS. But, what does the Kanji for those two names read or translate to? Is there meaning implied by the names so as to guess their meaning by that? Given symbolism and his near empty state. Repose seems likely.
