Julio/Silva might show us that they are the real best doubles pair in the tournament.

Since they are Super Buffed Versions of Oishi and Kikumaru

Meaning, they will absolutely have Synchro and Howling.

I wonder if they will have a stronger showing than Bertie/Dankmar.

They could end up potentially being stronger than Dankmar/Bertie. With Silva’s parkour and acrobatic moves he should deal with 100% Mach somehow, which would be the first time it gets perfectly returned.

Yeah it will be a showdown between Silva and Ochi.

I think Julio and Mouri will be sidelined. Or just play support. Since I predict that the two of them are the weakest in their respective team's Finals Lineup

We don't know that, though. Kirihara countered it when he unlocked blue eyes and "jumped" into Tanegashima's reality not through chemistry.

It kinda went that way since Duke played 4 times, got a flashback with and vs Byoudouin, and was placed to play vs Camus and yet we only found out he had a Kijin when he played Tokugawa lmao.
Yes, my point was imagine it Duke has the same introduction as Dankmark, then there was Duke homerun, which was equal to Dankmark.
Then he was half Viking, interesting, overall that's it. as a one person he didn't have much to show, same for Dankmark, as a double he was bind to Niou again like Dankmark, in result: if we take Duke history before this match he was undrstandble as much as Dankmark.
I think that is the reason, plus this is MSers's stage too, why we didn't see much of Dankmark. Poor kid.

I think this is the time, that we can see Mouri's true potential, he was known as Tensai of G10. and future Capo of Japan. those words are come from Boss's lips.
They may ended up winning. and I hope Konomi-San wont give us another match like those dumb doubles (D2)of Germany.

I just realize manga chapter 215 called Henri and Peter "Switzerland most valuable pair". Is it possible that they are actually stronger than Albert/Randy?

Henri lost because his opponent is Kiko and Peter lost because of bad match up (his injury). Maybe they aren't that weak?

It's part of why I think that they weren't really worse than the US (to the point that they technically lost 4-1) but rather that their line-up was, at best, extremely suboptimal.

Both Henri and Peter are doubles specialists and they both attack their opponent in similar ways (which might trigger a Howling)... but instead of keeping that pair together the Swiss split it and allowed some random Msers to get spanked by Dodo.

Pug was seemingly not that into tennis until he met Federer so he's probably a weak link in that pair whenever it's not a direct power contest.

It was obvious that Peter is a better player than Alan

It was flat out stated He was doing well before his injury came back.

We don't know that, though. Alan's wincon was re-injuring Peter, not simply winning points.

Which implies that if Peter was never injured. Alan will have no win condition.

Also, Alan being stronger than Peter will imply Alan is close to Kuraraga who is close to Amadeus

And we know Ralph is better than Alan. And Ralph = Amadeus at very least.

It doesn't imply that. They could both be, let's say, players with 30 total in stats. Why leave it to a 50/50 chance when you are guaranteed to win if you play your usual style?

It makes Peter look really bad since he's apparently super smart and "Switzerland's strategist", yet he had no idea what Alan's whole tennis was about. He's USA's vice-captain, not a random member that recently joined, there should be plenty of scouting material out there.
