Discussion Top 10 Players Who has the best Base Normal Rally

Ok, to be clear. We will only consider these players base normal rally. We are not including any special rally techniques like Entaku Shot, All Fuji's Counters, Tezuka Zone/Phantom, etc. Any aura is also banned. So we are not including Zeus Rainbow Aura, all TNK, UA, and literally all Kinds of aura. 8C and the likes are also excluded. Yips/Materialization and any illusions are also not included.

Just purely Base Normal Rally. Who are the top 10 players in these regard?

I will only put Players I saw play so far:

1. Volk

2. Byoudouin

3.Bismarck

4. QP (Yep, Base Bismarck> Base QP)

5. Oni (Base QP defeated Base Oni in the first set)

6.Amadeus

7.Ralph

8.Zeus

9.Tristan/Timothe

10.Dorgias (Base can rally with TNK)

Romeo, Atobe, Ryoma, Tanegashima, Duke, Sanada, Yukimura, Tezuka etc are not here because their base normal rally is not as high as the Hsers above.

In other words, they are Hax Players. Not Base Normal Rally Stat Players.

Is Byo a great base rally player? You take away his many techniques and Kijin and I don't think he is a super great player.

He's probably good based on his based stats. In actuality this might look a lot like total base stats contest, although we'll never know for sure.

The best one is Volk. His time loop is even caused by his normal rallies and strength. He has wirbeltaufe and Infinite Tornado but his base tennis is so strong that causes you to break up mentally, just by returning everything and overwhelming you.
