I've made a thread to alert people when new rounds are starting, when lists are to be sent, when the number 1 has been released, etc.

I hope that it is a useful tool for you lot.

Please watch the thread and, if hosting, post messages to alert people to anything useful within the game

Filler or not, but like LOL.. XD? Yeah gonna watch some Bleach moments and remember some parts again, I guess lol.

Execute Order 34 for best moments

[Faust]

Heh, Barto is fun. Soi Fon is not.

Fair enough. lol

[Riku]

Btw, can we alter the title of the next category a little to "Best Female Protagonists" because I'm gonna chop of some heads if I see characters like Lucy, Sakura or Raphtalia on the list because "Mhmhmh they are the lead female characters of the series, just not the main characters mehmehem".

IR 47: Female Lead Characters [Anime/Manga/LN/VN] (Host: @Brandish μ)

Hmm.

@Juviii since you're the one who nominated the next theme. What's your opinion about this proposed change?

[Demonspeed]

I honestly don't think I know many series where the girl is THE protagonist. IMO it wouldn't be very interesting.

You don't read/watch much Shojo/Josei in general?

[Purity of Magi]

I agree with Demon, I don't think it should be changed to ''best protagonist characters'', and should stay the way it is.

[Demonspeed]

You don't read/watch much Shojo/Josei in general?

No. If I think hard I believe I could make a top 10. But it wouldn't really be a fun one IMO because my pool would be small.

Balsa comes to mind for example, she is the protag and a great one. But then if I wanted to nominate someone like Holo would she count? Since she shares the spotlight with Lawrence. In her case she is more of the deuteragonist.

[Riku]

Exactly the point I'm driving here. In the animango world there aren't that many, and boys/men don't read series with female protagonists (ecchi doesn't count) as much as they would ones with male protagonist.

Because of that list of characters that THE protagonists would be way more interesting, because people could find something new to read / watch. Something that they wouldn't usually come across with.

[Brandish μ]

I'm not too bothered as long as Seiko is eligible.

[Riku]

Deuteragonists are fine imo. but I know I'm gonna be pissed if the list looks more like a side-kick list rather than a lead character list.

[Juviii]

Hmm.

@Juviii since you're the one who nominated the next theme. What's your opinion about this proposed change?

That completely changes my suggestion and even makes it harder to make a list.

[Vici]

Some say that Orihime doesn't deserve to get into the top 20 dunno if they are wrong or right?

Timing on that:

[Demonspeed]

Deuteragonists are fine imo. but I know I'm gonna be pissed if the list looks more like a side-kick list rather than a lead character list.

But what if I told you that Lucy was the protagonist of FT .

[Purity of Magi]

[Riku]

Okay. But I might shred every top 10 character to bits because female writing in animago genetally sucks, so be prepared.

[Vici]

Abarai was close to making it to my list but in the end, someone he knows very well took his spot.

[Juviii]

Renji having less votes than Inoue.. *cringe intensifies *
