Welcome to the Naruto Toshokan!
The Toshokan (which means 'Library' in Japanese) is where you can essentially talk about anything in the Naruto universe including:
We have a Naruto Theater subforum where you can discuss the anime and the movies as you wish.
The Naruto Theater & Arcade subforum now will be the place for game disussions, as well.
~ Rules of the Toshokan ~
Remember to make your posts thoughtful and always try to invite good discussion, and have respect for other people's opinions. If we feel that you are deliberately looking to start trouble or to annoy people, don't expect either your thread or posts to last very long.
If you want to make jokes, that's fine, but do it within an already existing thread. Don't start threads just to be a comedian - it tends to lead to spamming since people won't have much to talk about except react to your joke. So please don't make threads dedicated to "joke theories" here.
As long as your post is related to the topic of the thread, it won't be considered spamming or off-topicism. Have fun.

It's still a Library, so don't make a mess.
Look to see if a thread about your interest already exists: If you are making a series of comments related to Chapter 147, and there's already a Chapter 147 Comments thread created here, go there instead of creating a separate thread. If you are looking to discuss the Mangekyou Sharingan, then look for the correct Discussion thread about MS. Don't clutter the Toshokan up with threads all about the same subject.
Make your titles very clear: if you are creating the thread, please make sure that the topic is sufficiently self-explanatory in the title instead of making it something like 'OMG What the heck happened here?' Please, please, don't do that - if you make vague titles, even if you have an excellent first post, be prepared to see the title changed by the moderators here to better reflect the subject of the thread.
If it's a new development, go to the main forum: If it's something that happened in the latest Naruto chapter, then please go talk about it in the most recent Chapter Discussion in the main Naruto Discussion forum. That's what these threads are there for, and it'll avoid spoiling people unnecessarily. You can start commenting on whatever happened in the proper threads after the weekend has passed after the release of the chapter.
The only exception is... if you come up with a theory centering on the most recent developments, and it's a thoughtful post, and you want to make a single thread out of it, then feel free to do it. Just be sure to include the number of the chapter in it to go along with "Theory." It might also be wise to PM one of the moderators here with your post first to get approval first.

We have a nice community here. Let's keep it that way. If you make a lot of offensive posts - anything sexual in nature, for example - they'll be deleted. If you include a lot of vulgarity in your posts, that won't be tolerated too often either. So don't be immature and silly, and you'll be just fine. And please, be kind to each other.
Remember to have fun and enjoy yourself in the company of other Naruto lovers. If you have something that you feel like you can contribute with - such as providing Naruto chapter covers and so on, and you might not be sure where to post it, just send one of the moderators here a PM and we'll help you out. If it is something that divulges from one of the above categories, though, but still Naruto-related, you can probably make a separate thread about it.
Updated the revised 'one week' rule to include it in the main Rules as well - K
