Girr and Ernaux did not attack Wiwi, Gir was near of Joo and we don't know where Ernaux appeared.
Wiwi was at the vanguard and the SWR ship appeared just in front of him.
And the person inside the ship didn't even get out to confront Wiwi, by deduction he just survived a strike from the SWR ship.

You can see Ernaux in the same panel where you see Gir's spear destroying the ships, he is on top of a ship carrying out his attack, perhaps it escaped you because it looks like a portal but it is his attack

I know, you can also add that they should also be above Ren lvl without shinheuh, since Dokoko stomp Paul's 1st transformation.

Not to mention that Base Paul is already more akin to DivCom level as he treated Culden (an AR) like a random fodder who he could OS while barely trying.
What we've is basically :
-Elite Rankers : Ren, Charlie
-AR : Culden, Jordan, etc
-Vice DivComs/weak HRs : Dorian, Khul Nissam Kay
-DivComs/average HRs : base Paul
-Void tier : 1st Transformation Paul
-BH without Traum's shineuh : Dokoko on his own
-Another void tier : current Doom, HT Paul
-top 300 HRs : Dokoko

In theory, Elbaba should be like 7 tiers ahead of Ren. Which means he should efforltessly shit on guys who can eat an army of Rens in their breakfast.
Baam's performances against both compeletely shit on that.

while we're on the subject of power scaling
Shouldn't Giskar be at a level above Div co?
-He was able to dodge a surprise attack from Yama
-his blows were able to make base Yama bleed
He was able to tank a basic hit and survived an off-screen beating from Yama Yas.

baam defeated one of the most ancient BH easily and yet people dont think he can handle someone like dumas ? for me that dumas scene it was just baam being baam because he didnt sens a kill intent from dumas so he didnt really try to defend himself nothing more nothing else... and for kirin and lobadon i guess they will survive for another day. as expected lobadon seems to be more powerfull than him that's why he lead the army...

Who is the ancient BH? The phoenix or Elbaba or both? Elbaba was already BH during the era of Wang2, does that make him ancient? Anyway, they can't be more ancient than Kirin/Lobadon (top 3 LPB; Dumas is top 3 PBD) who were oldest among the remaining descendants.

Not sure where Baam is placed if he ignite both thorn.

Shinwonryu. Apparently it's that big of a deal, as it should be considering what it is (something only Irregulars are generally allowed to access). It allowed Baam to break Richemont's Enna Core (or whatever it was) with a basic attack and defeated Karaka's World of Darkness when Baam was still inferior to a Ranker.

He also didn't bother to use it against Ren, which explains the difference there.

The only communication he had with anyone was the pocket call reporting that Elbaba and the other officers were defeated and that capturing Baam was no longer within the realm of possibility (as though this clown troupe could have ever managed it under any circumstances). At that point he decided to cut his losses and get out of there.

I dunno, it feels like events aren't entirely taking place in order in this chapter. Kirin got the message that Elbaba was beaten before he left, and thus readers already knew that Baam had won against Elbaba (there was never any doubt but I digress) before we ever saw him doing the deed.

As for Perper, Goruro fled from her. She might have been chasing him, or on some other objective altogether. We haven't seen the translation for her pocket message, but at a guess I would say it was a notification that Robadon had crashed their little event. Obviously that would get some kind of 'oh shit' reaction from her.

Now we'll see what Tiara tries to pull, since she was basically within sight of Baam and heading towards him after killing that mook. He might be having a real fight yet. He already walloped Lo Po Bia's designated watcher. Might be Po Bidau's turn next.

The first panel was just Baam trying too shoo off Androssi.
The second panel was towards the end when he was done playing around, that attack would have taken Ren out haf he not used his hax toabsorbed the shinsu through Baam's hand.

Also you left out the panel where Baam states he's using Ren for modulation practice.

Makes sense. Same with phoenix bro. He might have been running from Baam, but it seems likelier that he was getting gone while he still could because he knew damned well what would happen to him if Robadon caught him after he'd physically put hands on Shilial and Lilial.
