It's too bad Baam doesn't have the good sense to make common cause with Traumerei and get rid of Gustang. However much he would be capable of helping do it regardless.

Everything is based on agreements.

At the moment it's better for him to fight against PB than against LPB, especially because Lobadon has shown himself to be at least decent.

He also doesn't agree with Traumerei's methods and apparently, even knowing everything that happened via leviathan, he continues to dislike them.

The ideal would be for him to let the two kill each other, but for several reasons he became the key point of this war (once again).
