Could I get some help with this translation, please? I've bolded the lines I'm having particular difficulty with, but this thing as a whole is giving me fits - so any help is appreciated!

H: Ahー This is tiring.
M: Don't say such things. Not wanting to reply to a letter is unacceptable.
H: It's not like that. ...You don't think anything of it*, Michiru?
M: I do believe Haruka is rather popular with the ladies.
H: It's not that.

*'of it' -> of what? I'm not really sure how to translate this sentence in a way that makes sense with the context.

M: Isn't it?
H: Not particularly...
H: Good grief
H: I am thickheaded.
H: Michiru, this is for you.
H: My first ever love letter. (It's a rare thing.)

H: (Please?*) take it.
M: ...thank you... Don't take it back!
H: !! It's not like you don't get them from all over the world, anyways!

*I was wondering if maybe the ください is omitted here; not sure how polite/gruff the character is being.

JP txt doesn't have "want to," and you don't need to use a dobule negative.
H: It's not like that. ...You don't think anything of it*, Michiru?

*'of it' -> of what? I'm not really sure how to translate this sentence in a way that makes sense with the context.
It's not like that. <-- Is this your translation of "まだそんなにあるんだから?" It's part of Michiru's speech.

*it: He is talking about Michiru's feeling (when he is getting so many letters from other girls). He sort of wants her to get jealous.
M: I do believe Haruka is rather popular with the ladies.
Fine. You could make it into 2 sentences just like in JP txt as well. Example: (Of course) I do. You are quote popular with girls.

(2)
M: Isn't it?
It's not?/What do you mean by that?
H: Not particularly...
H: Good grief
H: I am thickheaded.
H: Not particularly...: (Nothing)
I am thickheaded. ---> It's not "I." You are insensitive. "She is" works fine too.

(3)
H: (Please?*) take it.
*I was wondering if maybe the ください is omitted here; not sure how polite/gruff the character is being.
I think it's fine either way.
M: ...thank you... Don't take it back!
H: I take it back. (It's not M's word.)
H: !! It's not like you don't get them from all over the world, anyways!
You don't need to change the phrase to a double negative.

Thank you! I suspect my mis-attribution of speech bubbles was a large part of my issue with understanding this (which also affected my translation, because I was trying to make them make sense).

It's not like that. <-- Is this your translation of "まだそんなにあるんだから?" It's part of Michiru's speech.
It was indeed. would be more like, "You should reply to letters you receive, and it seems you still have much to do."?

H: Not particularly...
H: Good grief
H: I am thickheaded.
H: Not particularly...: (Nothing)
I'm not completely certain what you mean by this... is it that Haruka is saying something like, "Nothing"?

I tried to post yesterday and earlier this morning, but I've been having some internet problems since yesterday.

Thank you! I suspect my mis-attribution of speech bubbles was a large part of my issue with understanding this (which also affected my translation, because I was trying to make them make sense).

Your tl sounds good now.

I'm not completely certain what you mean by this... is it that Haruka is saying something like, "Nothing"?
Yes, that's what I meant.

<--- Note: First ? is like "ん? (What?)."
H: べつに... (Nothing...) <--- I'ts a bit shorter than your tl. "Nothing" means "It's nothing important. Don't worry about what I said."
