Can't believe I'm the only one watching it, certainly not. Where are you guys? ^^

Just finished season 2, and it ended up in such a cliffhanger >.< To think we'll have to wait alllll that time to see what happened....ugh :/

Anyways, your thoughts about the series? I find it really entertaining, but a bit overhyped. I mean, it's just the cliche impossible-love + love triangle...add some blood and sex (talk about sex...) and ta-da, there you are.

Season 2 was a bit better than the 1st one, with 2 "main" storylines at once. And getting to know more vampires was cool...

BTW, who am I trying to fool here? The main reason I have watched all of it was...

I watch it. Initially hated it, first two episodes were okay but after that I was totally sucked in. Great show.

Skarsgard is totally badass in this show.

Thorrr. Sorry, I'm still pissed Skarsgard didn't get the role, because he proved himself with True Blood and Generation Kill. I want to know why Eric's only a sheriff if his state's queen is younger than he is.

Of course, there's not much to discuss since the season's over. Anyway, I say Eric is the kidnapper, because there's no way a human would have surprised Bill like that.

Well I have always wanted to start a thread but it's good someone else is doing this. I can know how hard a wait can be, I watched true blood as soon as it started.

Redcometfm is saying it pretty good for people who didn't watch it. Initially it can bore you since it starts slow and boring but the show becomes so attractive. Season 2 pwned season 1 because it was more mystical and it had more character development (jason, eric, merlotte, even andy)...

The most obvious kidnapper would be Eric. Then again, it would be too obvious (and I don't like obvious thing. Did we expect rené to be the serial killer? No).

I'd rather believe it may be someone new, like the maenad introduction. The most intruiging part of this serie, is sookie's power. I really wonder what she is. Elve?

Anyways, I don't think it was Eric. I mean, why? And he's too classy for that...it's gonna be someone new.

Or maybe Lorena? I didn't see the hands properly....wait, was he/she wearing gloves? A vampire wouldn't be able to hold the silver chain....whatever, i'm just spilling nonsense here. xD

IMO, this show would be better if it focused more on Eric and less on Bill/Sookie. Eric is pretty much the attitude I envision a vampire to have. Plus, Bill and Sookie are kind of annoying. I much prefer the rest of the cast of characters (minus Mary Ann and Tara) to them. Still a good show though. Not one of HBO's best, but still better than most of the vampire crap out today.

Oh, and it's a shame Godric had to die. He seemed pretty badass himself.

I love True Blood so far. I'm really into the vampire thing (huge Buffy fan). I think the writing is great and will only get better as time goes on. And you gotta admit Ryan Kwanten has got an AMAZING body!!

I can't answer that clearly. Much will depend how it is worked out, I think it'll be a good thing.

Werewolves will change only when there's a full moon. So a werewolf appearance will be something restricted like the maenad appearance in the second season.

Eventually you could give them extraordinary powers when they are humans during normal days and nights.

Eg: they can smell a vampire's presence or other things, etc

I would use them as a race against vampires

My guess: I have always thought that terry would be a good potential werewolf

As the production was kicked late last year, Joe Manganiello was cast as werewolf Alcide. The character is Sookie's aid in finding Bill who was kidnapped at the end of season 2. In the book by Charlaine Harris, Alcide is summoned by Eric and will have a fling with Sookie. However, Alcide is emotionally attached to his on and off girlfriend Debbie Pelt, played by Brit Morgan.

It's not just vampires and werewolves. Woo is most excited about the expanding world of season three. "The entire world is going to get a lot bigger," Woo said.
