Drunk Eric was hilarious!

I'm really loving the show so far with my favourite storyline being the witches and vampires story. The witch who is posessing Marnie sure is a fresh character to have on there and so is Marnie herself.

I was disappointed to hear about Jason's Werepanther results, but looking forward to where the whole him and Jessica story is going.

Who do you think saves Jessica? Hoyt? Or do you think Jessica dies?
I'm almost certain she's saved at the last moment, although her talk with Bill might indicate otherwise.

I thought Jessica would be saved way before she got to the door by Jason, but I completly forgot that Bill's house is heavily guarded so I'm starting to think otherwise. I don't think she'll die though cos I believe that hers, Hoyt and Jason's love triangle has yet to be fully explored and nothing will happen to her until Hoyt finds out about her feelings for Jason. So I think Jason will jump and cover her up but she'll be slightly burnt.

Love season four so far. It's much, much, MUCH better than the third season and some of the char developments are amazing!


I still hate Tara's guts though. >,>

Haha. I love the actress who plays Marnie; she's brilliant! And Marnie's character is great too! It was a nice twist last episode:

Finding out that it's actually Marnie who's been in control and has a more evil agenda than Antonia. And the scene with at the end when the vampires get out of the van in slow-mo is quite cool too.

Season 4 was the best one by far... Marnie was the best overall villain, though Russel was pretty good too.

Haha. Did you all catch that nice little bit about the silver chains buried in the parking garage or (i.e., cement)? Gee, I wonder who will be back next season ^^

Well, now that season four is completely over, I can b*tch all I want, right? It's not that I didn't like anything from this season, but I have a few complaints.

1) The shower scene. I mean, come on! What were you thinking Alan (the director for those of you who don't know)? Just follow the damn book when it comes to a scene like that. For those of you who did not read book four, I advise you to read it if only for the shower scene Charlaine Harris does it sooo much better.

2) The woman/spirit of Mavis who was looking for her dead baby. Ugh, really? Honestly, I know that this plot was brought about as a time filler. Alan and the producers of the show had no other ideas for these characters.

And as a final result, guess who died? Jesus.

3) The Queen and Claudine. The fact that these two characters died is...well, a cop out. I won't give away more than that because I don't know what Alan has planned for the rest of TB, but I seriously don't see how he plans on making the plot work without the Queen.

Other than that, I liked the witches part, Jason and Jessica, and Alcide following Sookie around. I was super happy when Eric and Sookie had their moments,

but why the hell wasn't there more passion? Maybe it was the acting, but it looked very tame to me. And I'm sorry, but there's no way being with a thousand year old vampire who knows every move there is would be lame.

Ah, but as disappointed as I am about this season, I know I'll continue to watch this show. *sighs*

Translating a 500 + page book into a approximately 12 hour episode season isn't really easy. Personally I think Alan and the writers do the best they can most times, seasons 2 and 3 were kinda weak...3 being stronger than 2

Plus you need to remember its based on...not exact cut and paste. Its funny I bet if Alan literally took the book and changed it in a series, dialogue and all most would hate it saying its boring and the exact same thing they just read. The Dexter series only really followed the first book, then again the rest were terrible after the second one so it understandable

Most of the essence of the books are kept which is good and his touches are pretty good. When you look around Lafayette is one of the most popular characters and Jessica is a welcome addition.

The Mavis bit was set up for the Marnie possession bit, I'm just sorry the character didn't get to do more damage...the cast of True Blood is sometimes a little too invincible.

I didn't really love season 4, but I am still eager to see season 5.
