Issue 1 was a dead link. Hayate X Blades was on the cover. Issue 2 is sketchy, but it might be a problem with imagevenue. At some point I'll start looking for the 2008 covers.

I found out that Oh! Great (author of Tenjou Tenge), Minagawa Ryouji (author of Peace Maker), Kishiro Yukito (the author ofGunm: Last Order), and other mangakas from Ultra Jump will be making celabration illustration for Jojo's 100th volume anniversary. (Just like anniversary illustrations for Kichi Kame, One Piece, and Naruto on Weekly Shonen Jump).

There is an option to read it in English after you open it up so don't worry if you can't read Japanese. As far as I know though, that's the only place its been released.

According to his twitter, Nakayama Atsushi (Traumeister) will be doing a one shot in the July 15th issue (33) of Ultra jump. I won't be able to read it, (both because of lack of raws, and lack of ability to read seinen) but rest assured if I could, I'd translate that SOB.

Ah, dammit. You're right. My mistake, it'll be in YOUNG JUMP's July issue. Doesn't change the fact that raws will be impossible to find. >_<.
