Personally, I think UMA Touch sounds better than Touchable. But that's just me
I like your prediction for its ability though.
Since we already have a Negator Unseen, that means there is an UMA See. My guess is that there is an UMA based on each of the five senses i.e hearing, seeing, touching, tasting, smell.
Which also makes UMA Touch sound better

Finally more about the artifacts. I don't know of any particular gun in legends so I have no clue.

Would be a lots to ask Tozuka to come up with many designs at once, but that would be cool.

By the way guys, a question: Rip died and we know that powers move on from the deceased to a new user. Does this mean Rip lost his power in the meantime where he was dead until he got revived as a child?
Because we do not see him use his Unrepair power when he met Andy and Fuuko again and him trying to recruit them could be an attempt to cover the lose of a powerful negation power by getting two others. Sure he still got his cool artifact legs but his power might be gone if the rule of powers leaving holds true even for the revived. Or does it maybe take time for a power to leave and find a new host? Well, maybe we will see in the future when Rip is a teen/grown up again if he can use his power or not.

Yeah, if it was a power that worked like "reviving the body" then it might have done so without the power in it but if it was something that revived Rip in "whole" then the power might have returned to him or never left him or we got two Unrepair Negators now, which would be interesting if that were the case because technically they could make the whole humanity negators by just dying over and over again and multiplying their negator powers into other humans.

The Previous World could "survive" to the cyberpunk-era
The author doesn't limit himself to "mythology" items, since as you know 99.99% of the time they will be medieval stuff (Sword, spears, hammer, etc..)

Also just to be clear, Shen's staff is from a novel, not Chinese Mythology
I wouldn't be surprised if the author took the movie title Blade Runner (sci-fi dystopian cyberpunk cyborb) and based an artifact out of it

well if Rip was saved with a reversal ability, he should have Unrepair still, it would also be very interesting if someone else got Unrepair now cause he died, but the reverse part might just make it his alone since he came back through strange means.

in chapter 17 VICTHOR makes a comment on Phil: "His entire body is made up of artifact, why is he being so nonchalant?" makes more sense now. Phil is constantly experience the flashback of those artifacts

Lets talk about UNDER. the official name of negator hunters

1. RIP
born/reborn as child after dead. how? negator, UMA or artifact. i had my own theory (always wrong, ofcourse), wait for last

2. UNDER new member,
we see 2 of them show up beside feng and creed.. cant wait to see them. beside RIP, we dont know any of their powers..

3. Artifacts
artifact that RIP collect from previous arc (chapter 23, 4 items), shown being used by feng, new guy (with fan) and fuuko (handgun), and what the last one? i cant wait to find out..

4. Creed
creed lost an arm, not leg. and now he had minigun.. normal one or artifact?

5. Under GOAL :
a. first they want to flip the world in 3 months. from Unfair world to fair world. did RIP talk about humanity as whole? or god, huminity i assume.
b. then become the RULER/Dominant... before ragnarok/God destroy the world. it may short regime, but
c. THEY can go to NEXT STEP

6. NEXT STEP
so after ragnarok there will be next step. or another loop like we assume. and they can survive,

But he didn't used his power to "unrepair" anything so we can't be sure that bleeding was really due activating his power or due the punch of Andy.

True, but I would find it more interesting if he was a "normal" human now but still feels like a Negator and is still accepted by his comrades despite no longer having his former power. It would give his character an interesting spin as he "lost" something that deeply defined him and has to continue following his goal without it.

Honestly, compared to the other two volumes, this cover beat them easily. So damn cool! Very glad Rip didn't died like Gina did, there is still much you can use his character for. Well, I mean he DID die but he came back unlike Gina so that's that.

Lets also put into consideration that when Rip died, Unrepair went off both Andy and Fuuko, so I can see the logic in him losing his ability, which would actually be ironic if they meet a new Unrepair that's nicer, since they wanted one to kill Andy, and they said no chance we'll have someone like you join Unrepair! In chapter 23.
