I'm back. I loved Victor this past chapter. I don't like how he looks like he's a Super Saiyan 3 but as a character I've started liking him more than Andy.

That thing about "personalised bad luck"... it's not about choosing what kind of bad luck befalls on the enemy. The power still acts passively without her knowing what will happen, but from now on the plot will actually justify bad lucks like Burn suddenly being frozen.

However, supposedly the stroke of bad luck should still befall on the person she touched, still acting with a power proportional to her feelings for said person and the time of contact, so if I follow the logic at play, the stroke of bad luck should have been personalised to work against Andy, and not against Victor.

It seems that no matter how much I like this manga I'll always have a problem with her how her powers work.


I didn't comment on the previous chapter but I loved Andy's and Victor's display of powers. I also have questions about how the hell does Andy twist his arms like that for his techniques but I better stop asking questions.

-Kunou Akira grew up in a single-mother household

-His mother is distraught now that he's gone
-Kunou despairs at not being recognized by anyone else even when he's standing right by them, but he decides to create a manga so he can show his mother Andy, Fuuko, and all the other heroes who fought until the very end in the story that had been poured into his head
-After a lot of practice, he made a oneshot for submission
-He originally considered telling the story of Andy and co., but he decided that his first manga should use his own ideas
-The title was "Kimi ni Utaware (To You, From Me)", and he wrote it under the pen name Anno Un
-It won first prize, and he realized that as long as he didn't associate his work with Kunou Akira, it could be recognized by others

This chapter was great, really made me like Anno a lot more, really good character building. All of the characters in this series have such sad backstories huh.

Akira Kuno is the 'Unknown' person here. But he changed his identity to 'Anno Un', which makes others perceive him. The world does not recognize Akira Kuno (Because this identity was negated when he picked up the pen), but it recognizes Anno Un. As Anno Un, he is also able to make others perceive him when he wants them to (Like the first meeting he had with Andy and Fuuko on the bench park).
At least, that was how I understood the mechanics of the ability

Chapter 48 spoilers:
席を上げる為に風子の首をアンシーンが狙う
連載が始まってしばらく経った頃記憶を頼りに居合を教わっていたアンディを確認しにいく
ここに残ってくれとアンディに頼み込む居合を教えていた女
俺より長く生きれるならなと言って去っていくアンディ
否定者はみんな苦しんでる。（ビリートップシェンリップの姿）ほかの皆もそうだった理不尽に襲いかかる否定の力に悩みもがきながらも神を殺す為に戦った
でも記憶が確かならアンディと風子を失う事で敗北する。
そんなことがあっていいわけがないと成長を止めないように取捨選択しながら未来を伝える漫画を描く明

本来の未来では秋戦で風子がアンシーンに殺されるはずだったが
死閃を使わせる事で逆にアンシーンを真っ二つにする。

English summary/translation:
-Unseen, seeking to secure a higher seat in the round table, aims for Fuuko's neck
-Sometime after his series begins, Akira (i'm pretty sure, not made explicit) checks to see if Andy's being taught iaido (the art of quickly drawing one's sword in response to an attack)
-The woman instructing andy pleads him to stay
-Andy says "if you can live longer than me" and leaves
-All the negators are suffering (billy, top, shen, and rip are shown)
-While also struggling with the powers of negation, they fought to kill god
-But if memory serves correct, losing Andy and Fuuko would result in defeat
-Declaring that he can't let that happen, Akira writes a manga conveying the events of the future while also making choices that won't stop development
-In the original future, Fuuko was supposed to be killed by unseen during the Autumn battle, but by using "death flash", andy's able to cut unseen in two
-Akira congratulates them and says that from here on out, it's a story that not even he knows.

Yes, it's Jo Tetsuma of the Seibu Wild Guns. The guy who just follows the route, no question asked.
There is no particular dislikement, Unrepair is cool but is the one who impressed me the least so far. That speaks a lot about the originality of the Negator system.

Unseen dying this fast kinda leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Though I suppose the ability will resurface later on in another user.

Lmao unseen died whitout even getting a badass scene with UNSEEN in bold. That sucks for him.
It kinda sucks that negating abilities just resurface like this. It lessen the sadness of someone dying. It's like "Oh they died ? Whatever. Someone else will take their place". It's like you never even mattered.

When Rip had 'died' before, he came back later as a kid. I wonder if the same will happen to Unseen this time
Though with him having being sliced in half.....

Someone mentions this but Yusai could now be the Under Member (recall to chapter 29~31 when Rip talks about how they are going to rule the world, and we've seen glimpse of Union vs Under)

I like the Unseen scene. I've seen Dragonball Invisibility fight, One Piece Invisibility Fight, and I think this is one of a good usage of invisibility, assassination.
also before joining Under Sean was a thief (recall how he uses unseen to steal an apple), and he has only been with Under for 3 months, i don't think he would get any stronger
