Hi, I just started translating Verdant Lord, and I have bunch of questions.
NOTE: I'm a native Japanese speaker, so I just need help wording in English!

もう、そこは思考の場ではないのだ。
成長が、植物が、それにとってかわっている。　
My guess is
"The intelligence is long gone from this place.
The growth and the vegetation replaced us."
It doesn't sound right though

緑没　
I know it's a made-up word, but how would you translate this?

まともに機能しているのは国力のある国家のみ
"The few nations with intact government managed to function"
What's kokuryoku in this context?

果てには急激な酸素増大で大気成地表の熱反射率も変化
I have no idea
What's 大気成地表の熱反射率 in English?

That place is no longer a place of contemplation. (a place for thinking)
The growth and the plants are not suited for that.

I know it's a made-up word, but how would you translate this?

縁がなくなるの同じ意味でしょう
but that's hard to translate out of context.

まともに機能しているのは国力のある国家のみ
"The few nations with intact government managed to function"
What's kokuryoku in this context?

国力 is national strength. It's one part economic might - 経済の強さ- and one part political cohesiveness - lack of political and social turmoil.

"The few nations with intact governments are the nations with economic power." pretty close.

What's 大気成地表の熱反射率 in English?

あの「成」は全然わからないけど
大気 is atmosphere. 地表 is land surface. 熱 is heat. 反射率 is reflective quality / reflectance.
Combined it's "the heat reflectance of (meaning of 成) atmosphere and land."

This might work?

But it doesn't matter at all, your translation is correct of
"The sudden increase in oxygen transformed the heat reflectance of atmosphere." is correct.
