At first I found it weird that they chose that setting. I mean, the cover is beautiful as always, but it doesn't represent the chapters covered in this volume (if we go by the usual 8-9 chapters each). Also, Norman isn't supposed to be back yet, not as Norman at least, and they shouldn't have made it to to the hideout yet.

Then I realized that this cover is a special illustration to celebrate the prison break arc in the anime

This is like volume 1 cover combined with chapter 10 color page. Posuka nailed it again. Though I expected a cover featuring Norman as Minerva (which would fit the volume title perfectly) or the kids' timeskip design.

what does this mean? there have never been any lines in the sky at grace field house... if there are some, all the kids at the house would realize. so all this while the skies and trees are all man made?
