Very few people voted considering its popularity.
With only the first 10 places almost 10000 votes were achieved. Even Assassination Classroom didn't get this amount:

Wish I could post Soul Catcher(s) popularity poll for comparison. Now that's a fanbase.mthe winner received over 30,000 votes.

Boku no Hero Academia popularity poll:
No, where is best girl, Mina Ashido? YOU WILL ALWAYS BE NUMBER 1 IN MY EYES PINKY!
At least second best girl, Tsuyu Asui, made 6th.

Kouhei Horikoshi is so good at art. He has so many different coloring styles.

Interesting, I'm suprised Genjuui Toteku won. Considering Jumps current audience I'm surprised "Galaxy Gangs" didn't win.
I still hope we see "Galaxy Gangs" someday as a serial, since it had the best combination of art and story.

Genjuui Toteku was really good, but I didn't think Jump's current audience would vote for it. Nice concept and great visuals.

I just remembered this, I read somewhere that the author of Food Wars was only going to make Food Wars 20 volumes. If that's true then isn't Food Wars almost over?
The October Jump Next page is up.

The Yuasu and Renjaa (maybe I translated that correctly?) looks interesting.

Dang, the rookies really vary this time. Some of them look absolutely amazing (in art) while others look mediocre at best.

高原の耳長族 looks the most interesting, just based on style.

That seems impossible, why make the series only follow one year of soma's school career?

yup, on the 13th

Roggy & E-Robot mangakas are doing one shots in the issue

the one from Roggy mangaka looks cool, while the one from E-robot mangaka looks like another cookie-cutter ecchi series

It does look to be heading towards a climax of sorts with the recent developments. It could very well end.

I agree, the one from Roggy looks interesting, but the one from E-Robot looks like trash. I'm more interested in the rookies this time around though. Might need to pick this Jump Next up.

We have 15 volumes with enough materials to put into volume 16. If it ends in 20 volumes then there are between 36-40 chapters left, so that would put it by next year. I can see a few problems with this

1. AssClass,Nisekoi are heading toward the end, and they are ending approximately less than 50 chapters. Shokugeki however is just starting a new arc, and it hasn't even reach the climax of this arc yet. It just starts to build up the hype.
2. Too many questions are not yet answer.
3. There are no ways to introduce the third year and leave them like that. So far, 3-5 are still a mystery.
4. The 2nd year Elite Ten are somewhat a mystery. We don't know anything about the glasses girl and Isshiki yet.
5. A lots of first year do n't have the time to shine yet, hence they are the so called Jewels Generation. We only see them in the Autumn Selection

6. This is popular and too many series are ending next year, I don't think Jump will allow this to cancel unless it is necessary for it to stay at the top and end at the top ( Like AssClass).
7. This series makes money, and it is incredibly hard to get serialized in Jump and get popular. This is currently WSJ 4th best selling .
8. I think a lots of authors say that since they don't know if it will get popular. One Piece originally was suppose to last 5 years.
8. I respect the author's decision if he decides to end it around volume 20. It starts at the top (i think) and it ends at the top.

Ah, ok. If there are that many things left unsolved, then yeah, it probably wont end by volume 20. I just remembered reading that somewhere. I don't really follow the series; I was just curious if anyone else heard the same thing. I just thought it curious that if Soma was to end by volume 20 then that would make a lot of series ending around the same time in Jump. I wonder when Gintama is going to end. Isn't it reaching a point of climax?

A new antagonist was just introduced, that is not a point of climax.

Yeah, I love the character and designs that preview pic of his oneshot. Roggy got away from that and it became less dynamic, let's hope he is evolving...

What looks to be the big bad shows his face and Soma is going to be trained by the elderly master archetype. While I admit, that's not a point of climax, if their weren't anymore mysteries, which their seem to be, one could draw the conclusion that Soma could end after this arch. The original Star Wars trilogy being an example.

I just noticed that the three characters to the right all seem to be wearing the same blazer. With the sad girl to the left, I feel like the series will be a comedy/action about a group of miss-fit helpers who help youkai, supernatural version of Gintama and Sket Dance if you will. If Gintama does end soon, then this could replace it; that is if my guess about the plot is correct.

Hope it gets >100K in full
Isn't that kinda poor for a Jump series? I realize it's new, and that this week of sales, I believe was cut short, but isn't 17th place still poor for a Jump battle-manga series? My Hero Academia was number 8 at it's 3rd volume.
