As far as we know, there are only two series with possiblity of being canlled: Ageha and GH. The new series will not be cancelled yet, unless the result is very ugly.
Also, is it really neccessary to give a space in the magazine for a spin-off that is supposedly a mini-series? If it is temporary, they can cancel two series and start two series plus Boruto spin-off.

IIRC the last mini-series we had in Jump was Koganeiro and IIRC it was not put in the place of a series, it was just added in the magazine.

That's what I hope happens too, but I was being cautious.

The last short-term serialization we had was Moromono no Jijou which went from issue 2014-46 to issue 2014-48 and was basically used to fill the space usually filled by oneshots
Then again, with the new one being a Naruto Gaiden, I think it could very well be like Jaco, a 3 month serialization that actually makes one series get cancelled for it

On other things, I find it kinda funny that HeroAca got a cover for its third volume before WT got it for its second anniversary

I believe they are waiting for World Trigger chapter 100. They also waited for Haikyuu!! chapter 150 to give the cover and lead color of its 3rd anniversary!

It is in chapter 91, it will take forever... They will commemorate a anniversary that happened in February in May.

Ballsy prediction there sir. You think the first chapter will place higher than One Piece, Ass Class or BnH?

Hm, I for one think that Jump has more than enough action mangas going on right now, I doubt the new ones will all survive. Perhaps one of them, maybe 2 for a year depending on how the next mangas are doing. What I think Jump gonna get soon is another sport manga, we only got Haikyuu! and while that one in its story could easily go on for another 2-4 years with timeskips and nationals and internationals and everything, a 2nd sports manga could find its way in Jump if it is good enough.

Kinda wished somebody in japan would make a manga about bloodbowl; a loser human team on its way to the Bloodskull championship, with lots of action, fighting, breaking stuff, tactics, sacrifice for the team, coaches, cheerleaders, fans, brawls, bear, drugs, money and so on and so on. Sadly that will never happen although that would be like an Eyeshield 21 manga in a fantasy setting with orcs, elves and dwarves and ogres and goblins, etc. and far more action/brutality which you would usually see in an action manga. After all it is called "Blood"bowl for a reason. XD

Sounds way too mature for jump and even for manga in general. Just watch any random western hollywood movie if youre into that.

I do agree about the need for a sport manga, still hoping they try to tap into the Soccer, Baseball, or Swimming market.

Erm? While I agree that the manga James imagines wouldn't be a right fit for JUMP, the bolded part of your post is wrong. I know it's your opinion and all, but manga is a medium that doesn't have any boundaries like that. Age, sex, faith, whatever. There's something for everyone.

Sumo is a sport...Hinomaru Zumou is a sports manga. Plus, even though Ageha is getting canceled soon, it's still a sports manga as well.

Yeah, nothing gets quite as graphic as manga like Gantz, Berserk, or, god forbid, Wolf Guy Ookami I think it was? I still have nightmares

That would probably be axed in its first cancellation round.
