I can't find any official source that states the amount of sales on the "first week" of One Piece or even Naruto.
Is there a place where you can find this kind of information.

And Naruto DID started worse than BC. You can see clearly in the ranks.
Even the HxH ranks that you posted show that it ranked worse than BC too. Completely opposite of what everyone says.

Does this make Black Clover a instant classic too?

I can't foretell what will happen in the future but Black Clover can pretty much fall to the last position and get cancelled in the next issues.
Or it can get bigger than Naruto.
But given the good start I believe more in the later.

It's hard to compare different contexts.

Just kidding. What about the old work of Shimabukuro? I heard it was well famous and that was to get an anime, but the author was arrested.

It was released in 1997 but the max I can back is to 1999.
According to this site, in 1999 it fluctuated from 2nd to 8th, sometimes even getting a 1st.

As soon One Piece begun to rank it jumped to first position and stayed there.

The only thing bad about this site is that it don't list the colour pages. So it's impossible to guess the real ranks.

Was the 3rd best ranked series of the magazine in:

-> 2nd half of 1998
-> 2nd half of 1999

(NOTE: One Piece got in the 1st place in the 1st half of 1998 and it never let it go, except in the 1st half of 2005 where it got in 2nd)

Also, I think he wasn't arrested, but was only accused of eliciting sex to a minor, but at the time of the accusations Weekly Shonen Jump decided to remove his series.
I'm not totally sure if he in did spent time in jail or not, but the fact is that his series was cancelled because of that case.

It seems that he was sentenced to 2 years in prison, but somehow got it suspended. He probably payed some kind of bail.

I don't know where you got these numbers but here we go:

Naruto
5 - 6 - 5 - 6 - 8 - 6 - 2 = 5,4

Black Clover
8 - 3 - 5 - 2 - 6 - 1 - 3 = 4

Remember, colour pages don't rank.

Back when v.32 was published in 2012, it sold more than the volume of Naruto published at the same time.

if i remember correctly the last time a volume of Naruto and HxH were out in the same time Naruto sold more, but only by a couple of thousands.

One interesting fact about that case: Oda and Shimabukuro are close friends for a long time (e.g. they even made crossover between Toriko and One Piece after Shima's return to Jump) and after that incident in the summer of 2002 Oda stood up for his friend in the author comments of Jump. Some people in Japan shamed Oda for taking Shimabukuro's side. That was during the skypia arc and just right before the second Dragonball wave (release of the Kanzeban edition) - during that time One Piece lost a few (older) fans.

It's hard to predict future success based only on the initial sales. From this list, Ane Doki, Kagami no Kuni no Harisugawa, Double Arts and Pajama na Kanojo got cancelled in less than one year, and Magico only lasted one year and a half, while World Trigger grew and became a success with no end in sight, Psyren lasted three years and Soul Catcher(s) is alive after more than two years.
