I think i heard something about Super ending just like the last chapter of the manga, the one we see Uub. I don't think Toriyama will let them write anything that is after the last chapter of the manga.
He stated that this new department was one he "could put his trust in".

I don't see any reason not to go beyond the last chapter of the manga if he's willing to have more content and the people (potentially) writing that content are trustworthy people in his eyes and more importantly, the fans both in Japan and Worldwide want more content. You hear many people complain the franchise should be put to rest but there are probably even more people that want new content especially the kids.
To give you an idea on Kids' viewership:
This is the kids' age group tv ratings from April to Sept 17 of this year
11.32% (Snack World)
8.89% Youkai Watch)
7.72% (Dragon Ball)
This isn't what you see in the weekly top 10. That's a total average of all sorts of different age groups and viewing styles such as watching as a household, watching by yourself in your room, teenagers watching, 20-29 year old males/females, 30-39 males/females, etc. All these realtime numbers are averaged and the number you see in the top ten is that average. That also doesn't include timeshift ratings which are when you record the show and watch within a week of recording. It should be emphasized; this is only the kids age group.
You see that kids are a big age group. Now from January to Sept 17, 2017
8.39% (Dragon Ball)
8.04% (precure)
This is what is available at the moment. You can see how much the kids, the main target viewership, watch the series and in general, why shows in that timeslot have to be "censored".
