I'm seeing the dance manga hupla all over again. Here we go.
Then it's going the "days" way? Not sure if this can survive on jump but I hope it does. At least seems better than the dance manga.Shudan author is doing the things right way not showing that much of soccer in the second chapter. Since soccer is not the most interesting sports in the world, he really has to focus on the characters. This start has not been as impactful as Dance-bu, but it is two different series and the author is handling it well in my opinion. Putting a girl in the middle of the guys is also an interesting innovation that differentiate this series from the recent ones that failed that wanted to appeal to fujoishi (Tokyo Wonder Boys) or use the same old formula of dumb guy who don't know anything about the sport join the team (Ole Golazo). It is noticeable that these first two chapters didn't talk much about the sport, explained rules and all that, which normally happens. It seems that the series will be more about a team that happens to play soccer than about soccer itself, I like it.
Lol, I read with bias? I was expecting a lot out of this series and really wanted it to be good...What part of "he is bland because it is the intention of the author" you didn't understand? I give up. Come back when you actually read the series, not read with bias.
When I said that it was kind of abnormal people reacted here as if it was the most normal thing in the world, so I was worried that I was living in another dimension or something like that, but I see that it is not this way. xDIndeed but, it's not common even for japanese people to have a girl playing with boys much less a MANGA on JUMP that put this into perspective. I don't know, we can have something unique here. The thing is, if this uniqueness will help it survive. I'm not sure. Will keep following it though.
Cross account however should die. It's a complete mess.

What I look for in a romance series is: to at least be a semi-realistic take on how a relationship would start not the usual "hey I love with you and I've only known you for 2 seconds" thing let it be a slow build to it not and not be instantaneous, there is also the heavy us of the MC always finding his way into awkward situations with the girls causing a misunderstanding that and to not over use ecchi moments if it there it's fine but I prefer the whole series not capitalize on moments like these to often, and I guess the ultimate thing is actually give the girls some actual personality instead of just I'm in love with so and so and nothing else really matters(school, job, etc.) unless I end up with so and so to live happily ever after. It really are arguments every time before the toc drops, giathuan wasn't lying. I wonder now, when it comes to romances what does everyone actually look for when they read them? Like specifically? There's always a majority but this thread seems to have people look for different things so I'm interested.
For Shonen Jump, I care more about comedy and character design/personalities .It really are arguments every time before the toc drops, giathuan wasn't lying. Blame the hot springs chapter for Dr. Stone since it's the one being ranked this week and besides the chapter that's ranked this week for Black Clover nothing really happened in it other then the Kings introduction so not surprising.Dr. Stone knocked Black Clover out of the top 5.![]()
. Things aren't looking too good for RxL at this time either.
