WSJ #49 Cover
It feels cramped, that's one of the bad points of having a romcom without a clear female protagonist. Let's see what the Lead CP brings to us.

I didn't see anywhere on Mangastream's website that said you will have to pay to read Jump manga? I clicked on them and can still view the old uploads.

Their 1 year subscription costs a bit more than $43. That's almost double the price of Viz's 1 year subscription for $25.99. Best of it all is that Mangastream's translated chapters are only available for 3 or 4 weeks and with every chapter you get 6 or 7 shitty deviantart tier fanart pictures like this:

Isn't this literally illegal since you're making profit out of and unofficial translation of a product? This is no different than selling fansub VHS and then passing them off as the real thing.

I think it feels kind of borderline?

Since its not like you need to subscribe to read, it just seems like theres no incentive or reason to even pay to support them. If you dont support you still get to read it, so why support them?

^They might try to disguise it as a "donation" pool to avoid any legal trouble

It's not one where you have to pay to read. It's one where if you pay you can browse without ads.

I didn't imagine the ronin would have purple colored hair.
What’s crazier is she actually isn’t too bad, I was prepared to hate her on sight when she was introduced.

Wow, so cool. That's totally worth paying more than the official release for.
I might as well ask now, how do people outside of the US pay with American money w/ Viz and Crunchy? PayPal? I’ve been wondering for the longest.

I just use my debit card, as if I'm buying something in my own currency. It works just fine for me at least. Same goes if I'm buying manga off of Amazon.jp.

IMO this feels more like a very blatant get rich quick money making scheme than something to offset the decline in revenue to run the site. If they were really hurting then I could only imagine them doing like tons of other sites do and have *donation drives* to keep the servers running.

I would turn off ad block if malicious content, auto play voice and video ads werent a thing. Unfortunately, since they are things, there is no reason to browse adblock/analytics free.

*please dont ban me MH I do run this site where I can see ads and everything!!!!1

Conversion is done to the local currency when it is time to pay the bill. You have to have a international credit card to do that around here.

It's one of the best points of a romcom tho? Even when we know that Fumino will win.

I don't know what you are talking about, but it is certainly not a good thing in covers when you have to put everybody and ends up not showing anything appealing.

It's absurd that yuragi will get an anime and some manga still has not anime.
Hinomaru zumou or Kimetsu no yaiba
specially

Marketability is the biggest factor. They're probably aiming for the TLR audience with the anime, especially if it's the same studio. Kimetsu and Zumo just don't have the same level of marketability that Yuuna does.

On that note, does the pic confirming the Yuuna anime explicitly mean a full cour anime, or could it also mean an OVA?

If it were Cover and Lead CP I would bet an anime 100%, but it is just a Center Color so it can be an OVA.
Or Shueisha preventing another polemic since the last time Miura Tadahiro was not able to restrain himself in the Lead CP. :derp
In any case, the only thing right now is two lines of text that could be easily made in notepad, so it is not proof of anything.

Yuuragi doesnt seem like it would be something of multi season potential and could be ending soon anyway.

Demon Slayer Kimetsu has multi season potentail and clearly looks like something that has moderate success so it is highly likely and strongly implied to get an anime like in 2018.

Hinomaru Zumou..is there really interest in something like this when things like Swimming (4+ anime), and sportsball seem the most popular. It doesnt even involve wheels or blades like YowaPeda and Yuri on Ice, so there is no market for hinomaru, and most of the characters dont look pretty so thats another X mark against it.

Do you have any sort of reasoning for these claims or are you just pulling things out of your ass?

The content of the manga speaks volumes as the anime longevity.
