Hero Academia being 7th is huge. Notice how it is over consolidated and very successful franchises like Shingeki or Fate. Only thing it could improve is in beating Nanatsu.

PD: A Black Clover tome cover dedicated to best Jump heroine. So happy.

Tabata once again released a 13 pages long chapter. He should take a 5 years long hiatus to recover, he clearly isn't able to continue drawing manga at this rate.
Let's wait SharkBait response XD

I’m going to include Shuesha brand series that are / were in SJ English magazine. This is based on US BookScan:

1. MHA
2. OPM
3. Boruto (Placed 8th in September in all comic sales in US)
4. DB Super (10th place in August)
5. Bleach (just finished in November in translation and placed 15th in all comic book sales)
I’d say Tokyo Ghoul, SDS, and Attack on Titan would come in under MHA for sales on all brands though

For some reason, I can't stand the name "Boruto". Like I loved see Naruto on lists. But the name Boruto just feels so damn annoying and I don't even know why.

So now that we know Jimoto ga Japan and David-kun are going to release Volume 1 in January, what are your predictions regarding the sales? Who will do better? Or will both be ''out of bounds'' for Oricon (not showing on the list because of terrible sales)?

I don't sense much buzz for Jimoto at all. But on the other side, Jimoto seems more tailored for the people in Japan, and I am not sure they will like David much (also notice that it is barely seen on the recent WSJ cover).

Also my first post, yay!

feels like a kind of waste of energy to scanlate a chapter that gets released one day after your scanned version (unless scanning and redrawing and translating is actually a pretty fast and easy process). Though I guess in some cases, Im not really counting on viz versions to have omakes+the 2 or so page winter bonus thing.

Jump Festa poster has gone up.

Current jump ( No dbs, no Bleach ).
It’s hard to talk about overseas popularity for current Jump series because most are still too new and the older series still overshadow most of them. For example on Youku, the Chinese streaming site, Naruto’s still the most watched anime with around 70 million views a week, and that beats most anime airing on any streaming channel, even the stuff on Bilibili. Even Boruto has 11 million views a week. In comparison Bleach currently has 4 million views a week, Gintama has 2 million views, 5-6 million views when it was still airing and Heroaca’s 3rd season averaged 5-6 million viewers per episode on bilibili and Youku combined.

The new Neverland CM is very good. The ED song fits the series much better than the OP.
