my post is clear, the point I got across is clear

and there's no point in arguing about this any further

your interpretation of my post exist only in your mind, so it's your problem not mine
I know it is clear and it is wrong also. Trigger job is not manga and from how much they earn from it, it means little for them. Whether it will beat the others mentioned in DVD/DB sales is what matters for a anime studio.

He said that the manga is Trigger because they are based on their intellectual properties and not because they were made by them
Hey guys. Are the Shonen Jump manga sequels in other magazines (such as Fist of the Blue Sky) good? Or are they pure cashgrab?

The Promised Neverland got these awards some months ago now, if a boost was coming, it should be here already, it is not the commemoration that are going to make it have a boost. Also, these kind of awards really just award already successful mangas, I've never seen a really underground manga getting one. XD

Technically the manga is Aniplex since they own the property and is responsible for the creation this is the opposite of something like Little Witch Academia and Kill la Kill in which TRIGGER holds ownership to those properties in FranXXX is more like they's contracted to animate a portion of the episodes alongside A-1.

I was thinking more of a special banner in stores like "buy this manga that won four consecutive awards".

Isn't the only award that gives a significant sales boost Kono Manga ga Sugoi, though? Not even Manga Taisho or Tezuka Cultural Award.

More than they already do? Bookstores and comics stores in Japan are already very passionate about merchandise. This photo is probably not the craziest one, it can be much worse. XD

This is true for the most part. Considering how many good series there are that have been ranking but not winning anything, it makes me think they're somewhat biased (and I guess any that rely on public voting would be). Neverland is good, but certainly not good enough to wipe out the competition 4 times in a row, or even necessarily win a single award... They definitely feel like "Best series you'll already have heard of" awards.

DarliFra is already Trigger's most successful manga

Kill la Kill, Kiznaiver, Little Witch Academia manga adaptations sales were horrible

Darlifra isn't from Trigger in any way. It's from Aniplex/A-1 Pictures both in copyright and as a project which they have a collaboration with Trigger. Trigger (or Ultra Super Pictures) isn't even part of the Production Committee like those two.

I thought we went over most of the awards already.

taisho gives a bigger boost. See golden kamuy in 2016, don’t know if hikari from last year got any boost. Golden kamuy double its sale

Kingdom got the Ame Talk( big word of mouth) but it won Tezuka Award a while back so it has merit as a super quality series. Bootstrap effect.
So they both boost manga sales

One award is public voting award

The other award is fight among your siblings award (shogakukan). This one is just a fight between Sunday, Jump, Jump SQ and couple other minor shonen magazine in shogakukan/shuiesha. Chance for TPN to win these was super high.

So we can say Black Clover's sales are increasing ~3K per week since October, rare are the week that all the volumes are out of TOP 350~400 (not considering digital sales of course).
