Maybe it's their final effort doing something they want before they die, like Manglobe with Gangsta.
Not helping manMaybe it's their final effort doing something they want before they die, like Manglobe with Gangsta.

Does Neuro count? You could consider Yako the real protagonist, though.Just thinking: when was last time Jump MC was an adult? Hard mode: No Toriko, no Gintama. Also, no Assassination Classroom (MC is an adult but rest of characters were high school students).
It'll most likely go to NHK honestly unless Shuiesha is serious about making this a merchandising juggernaut or try it somehow becomes a hit with fujoshis we're looking at a cheap adaptation.I guess Gonzo can hope to continue to have work if the series somehow becomes popular enough that the committee decides for multiple seasons..

I dont know why people are guessing it will somehow take over BLack Clover's air spot. is tv tokyo really doing hz?

Aren't NHK fully stacked for this year though? They have their lineup announced, so I don't think it's them? It would make sense for it to air in BC's timeslot and to have Avex as the producer or it's going to air on a completely different network. Avex do pursue the standard merch plan. It'll most likely go to NHK honestly unless Shuiesha is serious about making this a merchandising juggernaut or try it somehow becomes a hit with fujoshis we're looking at a cheap adaptation.
That is if BC doesn't run for another year. The only other timeslot I can see it running is the one that has Monster Hunter Stories that airs before DBS now. If they're going to shove it into a late night slot then what's the point?Aren't NHK fully stacked for this year though? They have their lineup announced, so I don't think it's them? Didn't Eyeshield 21 sell well after the anime?> looking at eyeshield21 sale

No hot guys no fujoshis. Except Shin Shin is 10/10.
NHK-G has its lineup fully packed. NHK-E, where Rinne aired, doesn't have anything planned, as of now, after Major 2nd. I had a passing thought regarding Sumou going in Heroaca's slot but Ace Attorney just got a second season this fall.Aren't NHK fully stacked for this year though? I want at least one of the two to get a good adaptation...This leaves Kimetsu to Pierrot, Wit Studio, Mappa, and Neverland to Production I.G, Madhouse, Deen.

NHK-E would make a lot of sense, since sumo is educational.NHK-G has its lineup fully packed. NHK-E, where Rinne aired, doesn't have anything planned, as of now, after Major 2nd. I had a passing thought regarding Sumou going in Heroaca's slot but Ace Attorney just got a second season this fall.
Darn, I wanted TimeBokan s3 to happen this fall, I guess Ill pray for it to happen spring...thereby pushing s4 of HeroAca to Fall 2019...no way you dont make s3 timebokan after it consistently does well on that one rating measure ann posts weekly.I had a passing thought regarding Sumou going in Heroaca's slot but Ace Attorney just got a second season this fall.
Also kids don't like Sumo wrestling nowadays so trying to push it to a market that wouldn't be very interested to it to begin with wouldn't be the best option.NHK-E would make a lot of sense, since sumo is educational.
18if and Akliba StripWhat is the last anime made by Gonzo? I totally forgot that this studio existed until this announcement.
I'd like Wit Studio for Kimetsu. Pierrot is awful and MAPPA hasn't really surprised me with anything. This leaves Kimetsu to Pierrot, Wit Studio, Mappa, and Neverland to Production I.G, Madhouse, Deen.
Wit made Owari no Serafu so Id be hyped, but Magus Bride is kind of one of the most boring adaptations Ive seen in awhile and seemed to have turned manga fans away from the anime...so I dont know if Kimetsu hardcores would want Wit.This leaves Kimetsu to Pierrot, Wit Studio, Mappa, and Neverland to Production I.G, Madhouse, Deen.
Yes, I'd love it if Wit made the anime for Kimetsu. Mappa would be better than Pierrot... And Toei would be the worst case scenario, they'd butcher Kimetsu most likely and the same goes for Pierrot. Even if Kimetsu gets a garbage anime, at least it won't take away the manga.I'd like Wit Studio for Kimetsu. Pierrot is awful and MAPPA hasn't really surprised me with anything.
I wouldn't rule out Toei. There's a chance for them to pick it up.
