All the Shounen Jump Anime OPs this season have been pretty underwhelming, the EDs are good though

Captain Tsubasa is not underwhelming though. It landslides the OP's I've seen this season from WSJ titles.

Kishimoto's or Kubo's return date could be a thing. Shimabukuro being serialized after the next round of cancellation even before the oneshot gets any feedback is also possible, and of course you forgot the most probable case of One piece ending in 10 chapters.

I'm going with Kishimoto's return. Followed by Shimabu being serialized immediately.
Kubo stated he'd like to rest for many years before he thinks of returning.

Like 80% of his leaks are Jump related. And he said this a day before the usual TOC leak.
For the most part I don’t think he has legit inside information. I believe he just gets a look at the new Jump issues well before anyone else. So it’s unlikely that he’s got news from something way down the line. Whatever he’s talking about, regardless of what magazine it’s regarding, we’ll likely know within the next couple of days

regarding Jump leaks, leakers never have a legit insider

they get to look at certain pages of the magazines but not all of it, like the toc page, the anime episodes previews pages, the color pages etc

that's why some tocs leaks lacks what ended and next week cps, they need to go through the magazine for that

that's how the Edited Manga team I used to work with did things back in the day, they don't buy the entire magazine, they just pay a Japanese dude with a scanner for certain pages

regarding anime screenshots and legit leaks, I dunno where they get these from, my guess is hacking studios or tv channels uploads?
maybe their uploads isn't even that protected/hidden in the first place?

Animation is good but I don't like the song. I way prefer Captain Tsubasa's OP.

Just watched it. It's okay in an uplifting, cheery kind of way, but I didn't really *feel* anything while listening to it. Definitely don't like it more than BC's, but to each their own.

BC opening wasn't bad at all. But Tsubasa's takes the cake in this one. For some reason, it gives a very nostalgic vibe to the viewer via both the music and visual.
