I would not say considering how many series begin on Jump and how many survive for more than a year ...

Not quite sure you see the point. These 3 new series got promotions on the website before they even began, video promos, and even wall ads across some train stations. If they cancel these series pre 20 chaps I'll fail to see the point in the excess promotion they got

Wasn't Act-age out of stock in amazon? I know that the artist say that she go to a store and she couldn't find any volume of act-age.

Its likely that it did sell out however we don't know the first printing. Its possible that the first printing itself is also low. Also:

I won't do this for all of them but golden week is giving most series a nice boost. Heroaca has had all volumes rise out of their usual 200-300 spots to the 100 spots with Volume 16 coming back in the top 100. It'll most likely continue like this for the rest of the week with Heroaca, BC, Soma, Neverland, etc. Neverland also has all its volumes in the top 200.

Its mostly as expected. Act-age however most likely won't make the top 50 on Oricon unless these upcoming holidays work some magic and get people to buy the volume. Depending on how it does in the coming days, we might be looking at around 15k-ish. Bokuben debuting above Darlifra is also interesting though it remains to be seen if it also does so on Oricon.

Major hype for We Never Learn! Hopefully Act-Age can pull off some passable numbers in the end

I don’t think there’s much to get.
They promoted the same way a film studio promotes a film, or an anime studio promoting their new series.

They promote it In hopes that it becomes big. If it fails it fails, but there was still a point to the promotion

I wonder what the whole point of Jump Rising was if all 3 of these new manga get canned.

EiC Nakano being experimental with Jump I guess. This is the guy that is still hard at work trying to boost physical sales of WSJ despite that declining for everything in the industry and came up with the Super Push thing.
Pushing a series a lot when they show signs of actually getting an audience is one thing, but getting space in a train station to promote stuff at Ch. 1 is overkill really.
This era of Jump with a new EiC has been weird.
