Not a fan of Super Eyepatch wolf but I'm glad he owned up to his mistake unlike that other popular youtuber who can't handle criticism. The video may not be informative to us but I think it's a pretty good step in the right direction.

Robo sold well enough to keep it running yet they decided not to which is ironic considering it was selling on par if not more than Kimetsu and Stone.

Weren't Robo's sales decreasing each volume? Decreasing sales coupled with low poll votes were probably the contributing factor.

That's another thing I disliked. For series that aren't getting official weekly translations like Kimetsu, Saiki, Gintama, etc. are perfectly understandably but using mangastream for Dr. Stone, MHA, Black Clover and One Piece when they all do weekly high quality translations is a tad unprofessional though it might just be because he didn't want to advocate ripping their scans versus doing a google image search but then again he used a picture for Go Nagai and called it Toriyama....

Don't forget that he has a Patreon which should be covering the cost of a Viz sub if he doesn't have one. Not a good look lol

Makes me wonder what would happen if that guy tried to make an informative type Jump video

I’m working on a youtube, but it’ll be focused on my own animation and comics.

I was thinking on doing a thing where I share thoughts on films, other comics, games etc(but told through the animated character). Maybe I can do Jump stuff

I really do wonder when the last wsj series was where the MC had a girlfriend in a decent amount of the story that wasn't just an end of series pairing. I guess Nisekoi technically counts but the whole gimmick of the series was that they weren't actually dating for real.

Maybe Magico? though you'd have to go back further if you don't count cancelled stuff. Could be as far back as Death Note? Or Ichigo 100% if that doesn't count.

Why don't any of us make YouTube videos?

I prefer reading. Cant exactly watch videos at work, and though I dont mind watching shirtless guys in rooms surrounded by anime manga stuff, the last thing I want to do at home is sit in front of the computer to watch a 20+ minute youtube video of someone talking. In the current climate of fast food media, reading is far easier and faster.

Also reading is much better to hear and see peoples points, like I hate having to rewind say podcasts and youtube videos to hear some of the more intricate points people try to make.
