Clearly that one week from few weeks ago didn't do much for him. He is clearly overworked at this point.

Mhh, but this roughly the chapter that Horikoshi did after just returning from Comic-Con, plus it's also the chapter after a double issue, and as we learned from the last double issue, the deadline for the chapters around these is even tighter than usual, so I'd think it is more stress after long travels plus double issue overwork that lead to this, and not another health issue from Horikoshi.

I think everyone Jumps to the worst conclusions whenever they see 13 pages or an unfinished page.

We don’t know what Horikoshi’s schedule is like. For all we know he could be completely fine, but just had a busy day that week, or didless chapters to work on other MHA related things(such as future designs, an upcoming color page, etc.)

I'd be inclined to agree if this was an one off thing. But it's been pretty frequent for Horikoshi now. But anyway, it's upto WSJ and him if he wants a break. I'm sure if he did ask, they would give it to him. So he's probably not asking because you're right.

Quite a few. Early 2000s at least there's a number of examples. HZ is the only one in quite a long time to get that treatment though iirc. I believe some series back then didn't even get a small place on the cover like HZ did, making it pretty difficult to track down exactly when they got their announcements.

No way something like Stone wouldn't get a cover for it though considering its current position in the magazine. Of course it could be fake, but if next week's ToC reveals Stone is getting a Cover in 40, well... lol. Can't say it's too much of a surprise though.

his oneshot Grim Reaper was released on WSJ alongside Goo to Goo by Tatsuya Tanimoto, the tagline was something like "works by the 2 twin stars supernova that will lead Jump next generation" or something like that

Taisei Tsujita already had a miniseries, meanwhile Tatsuya Tanimoto is no where to be found
