I think it's better to have fewer pages if that's the better for them. A few years ago that wouldn't even happen so I guess this is the better to do.

It might be for the better if both Horikoshi and Tabata take some small breaks. It's concerning to see them put out shorter chapters all the time. But, I'm glad that Jump is being more flexible and allowing them to put out shorter chapters, that's good.

I'm really glad to see how both Act-Age and Jujutsu are doing so well, it's hard for me to decide which one I like more. They've both grown on me a lot.

World Trigger is approaching it's 2 year hiatus anniversary, that's sad.

I think the best option is to make it two chapters per month instead of 4. Would be the best for both of the involved.

Didn't Hori say in last week's comments that he would do his best to not miss pages anymore? If it's true that Jump gets the chapters a couple weeks before release then in a week or two he might be back to full length chapters.

It most likely will be in this pace for the next few chapters. Caleb Cook the translator for Heroaca has said that he'll begin translating ch. 203 on 10/14 which means he either will get it soon or already has it which means Horikoshi is currently working on 204 or 205. We may see them return to the normal 18-19 pages chapter length then but honestly, while I do think there is some exhaustion here, its possible that this is all that's needed to progress the story. I mean its possible Horikoshi has so much work that he's compressing stuff down to 11-13p chapters but even Dragon Ball and Kinnikuman supposedly had those 13p chapters. The precedent is there which is really all that matters.

Unbelievable. Tabata just needs to go on hiatus, this is getting incredibly frustrating. Perhaps its time to make it monthly or move it to jump+ and give it as irregular a schedule as Berserk has.
Why ? The last chapter with 13 pages was three montgs ago...

You are too pessimistic in my opinion.

Rather than having no chapter it is far better to have shorter chapters.

So much a hiatus to Hoikoshi will never give it, not with the production of the looming soul, at most a pause, but with shorter chapters I do not see the problem.

About Tabata, as I said recently had returned to more normal rhythms of 15 pages, so I do not see where the problem is if it makes a short cpaitolo.

Do translators get copies of chapters in advanced? Just curious...

For Jump we already knew they got it at least a full week in advance, but he also mentioned in that tweet he could do it on the 12th (official release would be 22nd) if he wanted, so it seems they get them like 10 days before official release (which is a full week before the early raws some Manga Editors get).

Since we're mentioning Dragon Ball, it did a very consistent 14 pages per chapter over its entire run, and 13 pages per chapter were common too, even with some 11-12 pages per chapter in the Buu arc. Toriyama very rarely did over 15 pages per chapter.

E-Robot and Love Rush dude failed twice in WSJ, but found immediate success in Plus
before him Kaito also found success in Plus with Blue Flag after she failed in WSJ with Cross Manage and Buddy Strike
Murase was before that, Karada Sagashi is a Plus's flagship series while Dois Sol and KO Sen failed in WSJ

here's to hoping Summertime Render would improve its sales even more so Tanaka would join them after failing in WSJ twice with Hitomi no Catoblepas and Kagijin
