Everything that was showcased throughout this current arc are improvements on stuff that was shown in previous arcs. We were also shown Kirishima's unbreakable phase during the Yakuza arc. (...)
You made some good points, and I disagree with some parts of what you've said. Honestly it's not worth continuing past here, which is probably why everyone online says "different strokes for different folks". It was an interesting reply, and I think it's ok to agree to disagree here.

1. Hinomaru Zumou: I feel like everything we lost with the beginning of the pro arc we gained 2 fold in other aspects. Realistic MC struggles, an awesome quasi-antagonist, and one of the best romances in Jump - and in a sports series at that.
2. Act-Age: After a bad start, I'm blown away how good this has become. The Death Island arcs and Galactic Railroad both feel so vastly different from each other, and character interactions are great.
3. World Trigger: In just 5 chapters it's already returned to what it does best and puts most of the mag to shame.
4. One Piece: Both Reverie and Wano have been the best arcs post-timeskip. Some great revelations, and cool to see Oda finally go full Japanese-style.
5. MHA: Not getting the complaints. Endeavor's fight has been the best thing in the series in almost 100 chapters. And we're finally seeing how Class A have developed in the 90 or so chapters they've been out of focus, and finally Class B too.
6. TPN: Haven't thought much of it since the escape from Gracefield, but the recent hideout escape arc was nice.
7. BC: Colour me surprised, but Tabata's actually done a nice arc for once. Easily the best the series has ever been.
8. Haikyu: Nekoma match was pretty nice.
9. David: Had a great comedy format since chapter 1, but the initial gags sucked. Great to see it's found its groove.
10: Stone: Agree with everything that was said a few pages back. Writing-wise it sucks, but it really is just simple fun.
11: Kimetsu: Been pretty let down. The last 70 chapters have just been a repeat of the same arc events 3-4 times with little story progress until now. Last 10 chapters were great though, which isn't a surprise since the series really shines with its character interactions comedy.
12. Comiq: Was all pretty nice until the completely disappointing ending.
13. We Never Learn: Surprised its kept my attention as much as it has, so a good year for it I guess.
14. Robo x Laserbeam: Got kinda interesting towards the end, but deserved to go really.
15. Jujutsu: Stated my thoughts a few pages back. Am looking forward to its future at least.
16. Yuuna: Big battle was interesting, but uh... just end already?
17. Gintama: Haven't enjoyed reading it for years, but have quite enjoyed watching post-Silver Soul at least. Nice return to comedy.
18. Shokugeki: Enough said.

Don't read Boruto. HxH's 20 chapters haven't really given enough impact for me to form an opinion. Can't comment on Japan - I do wonder how its doing in Japan though. Even if they understand the references, it just seems too obscure, corny, and lacking in substance to gain a following. Think Golem Hearts was the only other series I bothered reading. Writing sucked but adored the art, so I do look forward to him coming back.

Neolation is the next big thing. Should easily stick around.

Strangely reminds me of Durarara
It has Durarara vibes indeed, if you look at a key visual of the anime for the series. It even uses street signs in the presentation and the characters are very fashionable and vibrant.

Time to explain myself:

1. Black Clover: Elfed Arc is current best arc in Shonen Jump for me, Is being way superior to Wano Arc or MHA current arcs. Everybody is shining, a lot of plot-twists, of epic fights, of character development (Noelle, Zora, even Nozel). Elfed Arc is the very definition of how a shonen arc must be done, is so perfect.
2. David-kun: Didn't enjoy a comedy series in a while. For me, is being already superior to Saiki and it has only 14 chapters so far. Love the interaction between characters (Mona Lisa is gold), and all these art references. I think is going to be a solid success.
3. One Piece: while I didn't enjoy Big Mom arc so much, Reverie and Wano are being very enjoyable so far. I think Wano is being the best OP post-timeskip arc, and I'm very hyped for what's coming next.
4. Jujutsu Kaisen: the big surprise of 2018, already selling more than Dr.Stone or BokuBen. Since chapter 10 it has been in a constant growth. Lot of interesting and very enjoyable characters (Itadori, Gojou, Nanamin), and a heavy plot (look at what happened last arc). Still needs to be more polished but in only one year it has had the most solid start since Neverland. Want to see what 2019 brings to Jujutsu.
5. My Hero Academia: I'll start saying this current arc is weak, possibly the weakest arc of the series. But at the same time the Pro Arc has been for me the best arc of the series, and it was refreshing to see an arc in which the protagonists weren't the students or All Might, but Endeavor and Hawks (I'd say Pro Arc has been the second best Jump arc of 2018 after Black Clover Elfed Arc). Also, the Culture Festival was enjoyable (Gentle was a totally different villain in comparison with rest of villains). Seems 2019 is going to be strong after that teasing in this week chapter.

I've been debating myself between Hero Academia and Kimetsu no Yaiba for the 5th place. It has been hard.

PD: At the same time I see worst Jump title for me has been Shokugeki. It just has turned into a mess.

out of the 2 new OP spinoffs on Jump Plus I though Koby lookalike would be more popular than One Piece in love because its artist mimics Oda pretty well

surprised that One Piece in love is the more popular one

Strangely reminds me of Durarara
Yoda used to be an assistant to Yuko Osada, imo Ne0's art looks like Shiori Experience and Run Day Burst more than DRRR
