I don't see anyone of you talking about jujutsu Kaisen anime announcement
I'm so happy about this news! I read the manga in a few days and it has a very good potential
Which studio in your opinion will animate it?
What will be the next anime announcement Act age or Chainsawman?

I honestly believe that Act-Age anime (if it ever happens) will take longer than usual. It's a very complex thing to adapt properly, and they have to find a fantastic seiyuu for Yonagi because the whole thing will rely on it.

I put my bets on Bones. Also, we need more content on the anime to talk, we've only gotten that the anime is official and the seiyuus that will play the MCs (though I'm in love with the choices). I think AA will be the first one out of the two but it might only come out in 2021. Another possibility is both AA and CSM coming out together.

I am kinda thinking Ishikawa Yui, Tomatsu Haruka, Sakamoto Maaya or Takahashi Rie. I think they are all very capable seiyuus and obviously they don't all have the same characteristics to their voices but I think they fit Yonagi in a way or another.

I really like Yozakura's CP, it could have been a great 1st chapter color page with no problems. Hopefully it won't crash in the upcoming weeks.

Is there any reason why Gon would appear next to Jujutsu kaisen in the middle of the issue?
Maybe I am the only one, but when I saw Jujutsu Kaisen's artwork it reminded me of Yoshihiro Togashi's artwork (Hunter x Hunter), perhaps the mangaka of Jujutsu Kaisen was at some point an assistant to Togashi?
I don't read Jujutsu right now, but from the few panels I have seen that's the impression I got.. And I just can't pinpoint what exactly, but it may be the way the author of Jujutsu draws certain lines, but it totally reminds me of Togashi's artwork and just wanted to see if there's a connection or something, or if anyone else thinks their artwork look similar in any way.

This Neverland color page looks like a "Goodbye" kkkkk

Really good round of color pages in this issue, all of them are really good and the one shot looks interesting, good art.

I realize everyone is excited by the news, but I ask that we all refrain from guessing which studio will do the adaptation for the time being.

It's too unpredictable, and it always boils down to everyone listing off their favorite studios. Besides, outside of the announcement of the anime, that sort of discussion is more suited for the thread/section dedicated to that series anyway.~ Buranchi

They're a big fan of YYH (particularly Chapter Black) and Level E, but I doubt there's anything beyond that.

I imagine Kubo was a big influence on their art as well.

It's just part of the word play game they've been doing for the entire year and Gon has to be the last one since his name ends with ン,

Nothing to do with Jujutsu.

I've read that here confirms the final chapter will come soon. So will it be out after the break? That soon?

Unlikely. If they want to wrap things up properly, I'd give it at least another 2-3 chapters.

but what if everything currently is even lower quality than the stuff running? Would you rather they ran literal ax fodder that could have been good if it went through a few more drafts than let some stuff run longer than it should? I don't get why everyone is obsessed with Jump letting series run too long when up until now they were complaining Jump didn't give enough time to stuff before axing it. What's a good amount of time to run a series before cancelling it?
I'd say, until after the first volume is out so you can see if it's selling well? That would be around 20 chapters on average if I'm not mistaken.

Cancelling it before the first volume is out feels kind of unfair because not everyone is sending in surveys. But letting it run for several months after the volume flopped feels like dragging it out unnecessarily.

There's also the matter of consistency. If one series is cancelled after 19 chapter and another series that sells even less is allowed to run till chapter 30, people are going to complain because they feel like the first series got screwed over. That's probably the biggest reason why there's so much commotion about this right now.
