1. It is. At least for me. I'd have to say I think that last MHA's arc was by far the worst in the whole series, and I really think Horikoshi needs to improve when it comes to give time to develop characters. I really think he tries to do it but it just feels so forced that it's unsettling. It's like trying to handle 40 characters at the same time giving each one 1 or 2 panels and disgusing it as development. I don't know, I just felt like the whole arc was an excuse for that thing we all know about. This Villain's Arc is getting a bit more interesting, but it can't still get much attention from me, it just doesn't feel as appealing to me as what Black Clover is doing right now. Kind of ironic, thinking about how I ranted about BC for being cliché af (and it still kinda is, but it ends up being enjoyable enough to accomplish its goal as a series).
2. Practically none. Well, it may indeed grow up a bit, but I can't see Dr. Stone being a huge hit despite all the marketing and promotion it's receiving thanks to Crunchyroll. I can see it flopping and manga keeping it's usual pace and results. Kinda sad, since if series were a bit less repetitive it would definitely be one of the most enjoyables in the magazine.
Not like I have enough knowledge to answer the other ones, I haven't been following Jump for that much and don't wanna spit answers without having a proper opinion about that. I could answer 3 with Medaka Box as Mankichi said, tho. And regarding female mangaka, I'd like to say that it's amazing how some of the most popular and fantastic series right now in the magazine are being written/drawn by females: Akutami Gege, Koyoharu Gotouge, Posuka Demizu or Shiro Usazaki.
