Wow i said it was strange seeing Taisei above the other 2 and Kamio Yui but when the real toc comes out Taisei is above Samurai 8? Thats bizarre lol

Hmmm, that helps less than I thought. It's not like he was the one who did all the shoo-outs of the stuff that was dragging on, and most of the magazine's current big hits came from before him. I suppose at worst I could blame the lack of appealing new series on him, maybe? Maybe the exorcist fad?

For reference, Jump's prior editor started 2011, so stuff like Nisekoi's infamous amount of padding is kind of his fault anyway.

I don't see a rivalry between Seiya and Ikki at all (not even for an extra). I mean they have a conflict, but Ikki has the conflict with all the saints at that point (and it was more personal with Shun or Hyoga).

After that, Seiya nd Ikki have almost no really important interactions or contact.

I think a little conflict over Shiryu's blindness happened (and I think it was courtesy of the anime), but it really was very short.
